What a wonderful story. You write so well and again, B & J are so IC and their usual sometimes angst, often witty selves. I'm glad Brian realized that Naomi could be a treasured child to him in addition to Gus. He often acts out of care for others, and he did the same here. Brilliant scene I have to point out, when Justin called Brian on the agreement he had made, so Brian had to fulfill his part of the bargain. But I think he would have eventually reached that conclusion because he did not want to live without Justin, and vice versa. I hope you also write for a living because you deserve to be paid for your talent. This is a reread, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. xo

BRIAN ARRRRRGGGGGG!!!! Man you royally piss me off ! Please take your head out of your ass!

ps. great story... totally preventing me from sleeping!

Author's Response:

Thank you. That is a great compliment.

I'm writing this reveiw for the 3rd time hoping it goes through. Glad to see the blue ribbon. It more than deserves it.

Brian has been such an ass in this story about that baby. I don't know how Justin can stomach him. And then for Justin to start distanting himself from the child was unexcusible. I could not believe he chose Brian over Naomi. But anyway, I loved Justin grabbing Brian by the ball, so to speak, and making him man up.

Great story!!!

Author's Response:

Lol. I like to think of it as Brian struggling to make the right decision. I'm glad you're enjoying it. Thank you.

All I can say at this point is that I really don’t know.

Where is Justin and why did he leave?

Is Naomi all right?

Brian feels as he feels; who can argue with that?  However, any

chance that something happens and he sees things differently?

Is there any chance at all that Brian and Justin really talk about it –

whatever it is?  Can they learn to finally communicate?

It will be very interesting to see how all this unfolds. At for me – I

don’t know!

Thanks for this terrific story, I really have enjoyed  reading it.

Author's Response:

I hope the ending will answer all your questions. Thank you for your review.

elle est super ton histoire

j'espere qu'elle finira bien pour tous les trois et heureur

attend la suite

Author's Response:

Thank you. I think. What little French I learned in school is very rusty. But I think I got the gist of it. :-)

Reviewer: lauren49ers (Anonymous) · Date: September 22, 2011 03:49 AM · On: PART NINE

Your scenes are intense.I was disappointed by Brian's fuck up. They don't seem to know how to communicate any more. It's kinda sad.

Please let Naomi be okay. Where is Justin?

Author's Response:

Brian probably disappointed himself. And you're right, they should talk. Thank you for taking the time to review.

OMG what a turmoil! Can´t wait the outcome! Thanks again for creating and sharing this wonderful story!

Author's Response:

It's not long to go now to the conclusion. Only two more parts and a smalll epilogue.  Thank you.

Reviewer: 4depthoflove (Signed) · Date: September 20, 2011 05:14 AM · On: PART EIGHT

well - this chapter is delightfully clever - not only the way Justin kept Brian from being able to leave, but now we have Brian backed up against a wall, emotions (that he has never truly been in tune with) completely out of control, and the result is the one situation for Brian where he could hurt Justin and not care (or at least not be able to stop himself) - I have a feeling we may be about to see some old fashioned Brian 'fucking' Kinney - hmmmm - what comes next, and how do our boys find their way back to each other?  - good job! - thanks

loving life,

Charle

Author's Response:

Delightfully clever? Thank you. That made me glow with pride. Let's see what Brian does next. He did try to warn Justin that it's not going to work.

Thanks for this wonderful story.  I have finally caught

up with the reading.

There is so much to consider.  However, at this point in

the story, I think it is time for Justin to let Brian go.

Brian simply is not happy, he can’t even feel  “at home”

in his own home.  That's what convinced me that a

seperation is necessary.  Let Brian go, and then who

knows, in time maybe he will begin to feel differently

about things.

Again, thanks for the story.  However it ends, everyone

is wrong and everyone is right.  Very interesting

situation.  Of course, I would like Brian and Justin to

stay together, but I just don’t see how that is possible,

at least for now.  Well – we shall see!

DavidR

Author's Response:

Justin has never been very good at letting Brian go. That's more Brian's style. I agree that each of them is right from their own viewpoint. That's what makes the situation so difficult.

Thank you. I hope you enjoy the rest.

ITS SO SAD THAT YEAT AGEAN JUSTIN GETS HES OWN WAY IT NOT AT ALL LIKE THAT IN REAL LIFE I LOVE JUSTIN BUT THIS TIME I THINK BRIAN WAS RIGHT IN NOT WANTING TO KEEP HER

Author's Response:

Brian does tend to give Justin what he wants. Like you, I'm definitely on Brian's side with his decision, although I can see Justin's point as well.

Thank you.

Interesting story! I am extremelly annoyed with brian ..Man up man !I can't wait until he makes the final decison stay or leave. I sure hope he decided quickly ! it is pure agony to read his internal struggle..

Author's Response:

It's easy to be annoyed with Brian. His reactions to the situation are not ordinary, but at least he's honest. But he really needs to make a decision now.

Thank you. Hope you enjoy the rest of the story, too.

i read this story on another site. so good. it was interesting to see how you worked brian to accept this basby.  i found it very industrious.  we know the outcome but was fascinating to see the twists and turns you used.  it made very good reading to see what what would happen next and his second guessing himself constantly.    good writing!!

Author's Response:

Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed it and that it isn't too predictable, because what would be the fun in that?  :-)

this story really keeps me guessing, will brian recant his decision or not--knew he would as he loves justin too much to cause him despair of any kind.  this new twist with ms. abbott was so good.  what a bitch and what was she thinking??  a lot of straight people think that way--i have seen it.  will be waiting to see the outcome of this little drama soon.  wonderful story.

Author's Response:

Thank you so much.  I was trying to write something a little different, so it's good not to be too predictable.  And yes, I also had actual discussions about 'all gays are paedophile' or 'all paedophiles are gay'. It's sickening.

This story is soooooo good, glad that you don´t make us wait tooo long

Author's Response:

Thank you. I prefer quick updates myself, so I'd like to do the same for my readers. The next part is up now.

Well, the last line kind of made me chuckle, and took the edge off of my anger at Brian - at least a little. Good for you, Justin, to throw it back at him - what now - huh?

Brian can afford Britin, and their lifestyle, and everything he has given the girls, and Justin and Mikey and Deb - he could afford a nanny - full time/round the clock - the baby would hardly be such a big adjustment for him or his precious freedom. So, now let him think of an alternative that isn't going to make him lose Justin anyway - because it is so hard on him.

I really loved this chapter  - the characters stayed so true to themselves, and I am absolutely thrilled that Justin chose Brian in this way - so that Brian can trust that he comes first in Justin's life.

can't wait to see where you go next with this - thanks

loving life,

Charle

Author's Response:

Being first in Justin's life is very improtant to Brian. He was really doubting it for a while there. Also, Justin showing some spirit can never be a bad thing.

Thank you.

this is so onesided it' all about brian.

Author's Response:

Yes, the whole story is from Brian's POV.

Reviewer: Dioramanya (Anonymous) · Date: September 09, 2011 08:14 PM · On: PART THREE

How can you have a good relationship (with Brian) when you do and decide thinks behind the back of your girl/boyfriend ? Justin thought at Daphne, Naomi and himself but he forgot Brian and it makes me sad.

I love that we just have Brian's POV. You succeed at make me see and understand how Brian really thinks and feels. Your Brian sticks very well with the Brian of the show. Your style is really great.

Even if I understand where Justin come from with his desire of Naomi in his life. I totally agree with Brian decision. I won't lie, I would like to have a happy ending but I don't think it's possible here.

You make me cry a lot. :)

Author's Response:

Sorry to make you cry. :-)  I think with just Brian's POV it's difficult to understand Justin sometimes, but with Brian always appearing so uncompromising, I think it would be harder if it was Justin's POV. I'm glad that you think Brian is in character. That is always important to me. Thank you.

wow - this sure caught me by surprise - and I am still wiping the tears away as I contemplate the possibilities - did Justin really deceive Brian and has known he is the father all along...maybe he just let her list him as the baby-daddy...what will this all mean for our boys...?

Can't really say I am 'looking forward to more' - since I have no doubt that there will be more heartache and tears to come...but I am thoroughly intrigued to see where this story leads us!

loving life,

Charle

Author's Response:

Yeah, I really meant it when I said no fluff. On the other hand, if you like angst you're in the right place.

Thank you. I hope you enjoy the rest of the story.
