Loved the story!! I was so happy to see that it Michael was the reason that Brian walked away from Justin and when he finally found out about it, the first thing he did was disown him and never speak another word to him again. I love the relationship that Justin has with Gus and love the fact that Melanie and Lindsay (and even Brian) still think of Justin as a second father. I'm glad that Brian and Justin finally cleared the air and figured out they are still both in love with each other and got back together again.

I just read this story and I Like it I was very sad for Gus but he is OK and Brian and Justin together I hate Michael here! But the story is too short ! Maybe a sequel ?

What about Debbie and Jennifer and the diner and Gus having a relapse only to find out it s just his tonsils? What about Britin?? (The house, not the actual couple)

the 'rosebud' reference - believe it or not - is an actual line that a friend of mine used once (think Emmett only even cuter, much more poetic, and with absolute glee when describing his latest 'top shelf encounter' which I think is a hoot)
ever since I have wanted to use it so badly...but its not exactly B/J material - rotfl - but this seemed the perfect time with Brian overcome with getting his man back, while he would never have said something so outlandish - I can truly believe he could look at the beauty of the view in front of him and think it...
not sure if the tears were more sentimental fool or dying from laughter...or a little of each...but either way it looks like the story touched you and I couldn't be more thrilled

Author's Response: lol - I have stories I read again and again - never thought one of mine would have someone lese doing it - how flattering! Haven't thought about a sequel - although you are not the first to think it ended too soon. I kind of thought them declaring their love and being reunited in the way they know best brought them full circle, and with Gus better the angst was over.
As for another story - while it is extremely slow going right now due to that pesky RL - I do have a story in progress at the moment. Hope you get a chance to check it out - and I will try to work on it as best I can.

Great story. Great writing. Loved how Brian told off Michael who of coarse deserved even more. Happy that Gus was OK. Was so happy that Brian and Justin were back together where they should be. Any plans for a sequel to this. I would love to see them move on further in their lives. The story ended to fast so please a sequel!

This started so sad, Gus so very ill, Brian hearing Justin pouring his heart out to Gus and Brian realizing what Michael had done. At least for the last time Micheal hurt them. This turned to pure joy to read. I just loved it and now I must read everything else you've written. As someone already wrote - get to work, starting another story we all want to read it.

Never been a Mikey fan myself - I think he did as much to make Brian feel like he has no worth as his parents did...any time Mikey doesn't get his way...Brian is an asshole. I really enjoyed this story, anytime Gus is involved it's a sweet story. Michael is always a pain in the ass, always trying to live Brian's life instead of his own a lot like Lindsey. Justin is always there for Gus, he's a lucky little boy with his dada and his Jus. Great story.

You have talent, but from your comments at the start of each chapter, you should have more confidence in it. I have read this story several times simply because of the perfect scene you displayed at the loft with that pathetic weasel (I was going to say man,but Mikey can never be described as a man). This scene is one I have been waiting to see so man times in QAF fanfic, Brian finally seeing his "so-called best friend" for the despicable loser and manipulative worm he is. Good going! My only complaint was that the story was not longer, it was going great!!!

I did like the story. When I read chapter 1 and had to read the
other chapters a day or so later, I had several questions that I
hoped would be answered in those later chapters.
First: I thought the B/J breakup due to Michael’s
word was really kind of flimsy. It needed
a much more in depth explanation. Hopefully
you would and you did.
Second: I hoped that by the end of the story
Justin would be moving back to Pittsburgh
to be with Brian. Nice ending!
Sure enough, that is just what happened. I still think that in
Chapter 1, a better explanation as to why Brian believed Michael
would have made this a better story, even though you did
explain it in later chapters.
All and all, you did a terrific job and happily for me, I read this
story and I did enjoy it.

I am also thrilled that I seem to have covered your bucket list for this story - lol. And, while I agree that Brian believed Mikey on very flimsy grounds, I see this as very much in character for Brian. His still views himself as unworthy of being loved, and because of this, needs little evidence that it was good while it lasted, but now it's all over as he expected. He doesn't think he deserved Justin's love to begin with, and is always willing to put the needs of those he loves before everything else - and this is even more true of Justin - even though he is so often misguided in what he thinks is the right thing for those around him.
I am so glad you enjoyed this story. Take care.

I thought the confrontation in the loft between
Brian and Michael was very well written. That had to
be difficult to write.

Anyway, I loved this. It's an amazing story and this last chapter, HAWT!
Sort of wish there was something there about Michael being confront on what he did to Brian and Justin though.

Author's Response: wow - I'm honored, and more than a little humbled, since I have been so preoccupied all week writing this story that I have not taken the time to let you know how much I am enjoying Fckd Up, and Stitch by Stitch - so different, yet both leave me wanting more at the end of each chapter. Can't wait for young Justin to find out what pleasure awaits him, after all the pain. And I am really looking forward to seeing how the boys deal with the issues at hand in Stitch - this will be a real challenge, can't wait to see where you go with it.
I agree that I would have loved to figure out how to give Michael his just desserts, but I really wanted the focus at the end to be just straight pleasure for our boys.
