Lovely update, thanks

But what does SHE want!? pfff

* hugs *

Author's Response:

Hi, Marny!  Yeah, she's a real pain in the you-know-what, isn't she?  But like I said, they're back to reality now, as disgusting as some of it may be......thanks as always for reading.:)

Reviewer: Megan Rose (Signed) · Date: May 15, 2011 11:50 AM · On: New and Old Family Entanglements

Oh, this is not going to be good. I can imagine Claire will have plenty to say and I can wait for what Brian has to say back.

Poor boys, back to reality. I love that Brian has taken to his grandparents so quickly. And very interesting plot point, Justin thinking about children. Foreshading, perhaps...:)

ah yes! back to reality.  turbulation in store for our boys, lots of angst i see coming.  nice little bomb drop (a baby perhaps in the future)  reality sucks after such a whirlwind trip.  this story is going to be major.  glad you are feeling better.  being sick sucks.   off tonite, but had to check updates.  having a going away party for rick tomorrow night-as he will be leaving early to get settled in and have some time off before he starts his new job.  he says he will keep in touch with you.  hopefully, we'll see.  lol

Author's Response:

Hello, my friend!  Glad you had a little time off for a change!  Tell Rick best of luck in the future.:)  Stay tuned on this one - we're about to go on a roller coaster ride - I didn't name it "My Heart's Desire" for nothing - there are going to be a lot of characters going after what they want and each one has a different wish.  Thanks as always for the encouragement!:)

Lovely chapter and wonderful pictures you posted through all the chapters.

Author's Response:

Thanks, my friend - and now it's out of paradise and back to reality for the boys!  Drama and a roller coaster ride, coming right up!  Stay tuned!  *Hugs* to you.:)

* waves * I'm back from my little vacation with my daughters. Bleeeh coming back to RL ( still shitty with my husband).

Sorry to say. I love the story, but I'm glad when this honeymoon is over. It's too much happiness for me at the moment * hides under desk * .

A balloon-flight ... wowww a beautiufl experience, but it's something I'll never do.

* hugs *

Author's Response:

Hi, Marny!  I missed you!  Glad to see you're back from vacation but sorry to hear RL is a pain at the moment - hope things get better for you soon.  Yes, I actually agree with you - I prefer a little angst to stir things up.  Don't worry - it's definitely coming!  Stay tuned - there's going to be lots of drama coming up.:)

Nice chapter.  As far as Brian letting his father and grandparents into

his life, I think that will happen.  But – in most cases there is a father /

son special relationship.  Knowing Brian I really doubt that he can

ever have that kind of relationship with Fin.  Let’s face it, Brian has

already lived almost half his life without Fin.  They can be close, even

to some degree affectionate,  but father / son?  I doubt it.

Anyway, both Justin and Brian know that there are going to be tough

times ahead.  Looks to me that together they can face them and

overcome them.

Thanks for this very interesting story.

DavidR

PS:  I really really really like the pictures.

Author's Response:

Hi, David!  I always enjoy your insightful comments!  Thanks so much for reading - I agree; I see the father-son bond deepening but I'm not sure just yet how close they will become.  I'll just have to see where my plot bunny takes me.:)  Thanks, too for the comment about the photos - the ability to do that is one of the best parts about posting over here - you'd laugh to see the research I do sometimes - you would think I'm writing a term paper - ha!  Thanks again - I look forward to more of your comments.:)

Author's Response:

Hello, dear friend - so glad you're back and can hopefully get back to your normal routine!  And congratulations on the commendation!  I'm sure it's well deserved for all of you.:)  I got the same brochure in the mail yesterday and immediately went hunting for our boy; I too was delighted to see him in it and can't wait to hear him sing in person - I actually bought a CD of the Who's greatest hits for $5 so I could practice "Pinball Wizard" for the big day - LOL!  I just wish we were going on the same night - would have loved to have met you in person.:)  Thanks again for all the reviews and feedback you've given me and congratulations again on the upcoming award.  Hope you and the others can get some much-needed rest, and tell Lee to get his butt back home but tell him I'm sorry for his loss.:)

WOW!  I seriously want to get married just so I can go on this honeymoon!  Not only do I now have a serious craving to go to Ireland (which I've never been to), but I'm also really hungry from all the food you described (which reminds me I have no food in the house and need to go grocery shopping)!  Great chapter and beautiful pictures to accompany your descriptions -- your descriptions are so great though that I didn't even need the pictures to be able to visualize it, but they were still a nice touch!  Even though I don't want their amazing trip to end, I'm anxious to see what happens with Brian and his dad -- looking forward to it! :)

Author's Response:

Thank you so much for your kind words, Kemma!  I think the only reason why I've sent the boys on two honeymoons now for two different stories is because I can pick somewhere that I want to go - it's almost like taking a virtual trip myself - ha!  I'm glad you (and the boys) enjoyed the honeymoon.....(sigh)....wouldn't you like to go with them and share - ha!  I think it's time to bring them back home, though - they're having way too much fun and I think it's time to throw in some good old-fashioned angst now.....stay tuned for some drama coming up!  Thanks for reading and reviewing - I really appreciate that.:P

How sweet...... the pictures were stunning as usual...it makes me want to have a honeymoon in Ireland....but... only if Brian was included in the deal......lol...

Author's Response:

You and me, too!  How would like to have THAT man posing for you in front of a waterfall?  Yum!  Thanks for reading and reviewing, my friend.:)

WOW.... after a honeymoon like that......Justin can never... ever accuse Brian of not being romantic and sentimental... for the rest of their lives... lol...

Author's Response:

Thanks for the comment!  I know - being the advertising genius he was, he had to have an over-the-top honeymoon!  Thanks for reading and leaving your feedback - I greatly appreciate that.:)

How romantic is Brian he goes from not celebrating birthdays to this a man in love is a wonderful thing.

Author's Response:

Hi, Chris!  I know - I'm not sure if he would have reached this plateau in the show, but I like to think he was heading that way when he bought Britin for "his prince."  I still swoon (at least figuratively) over that sentence.:)  Thanks for reading and for the review!  And now it's back to the political drama.:)

thanks for the update.............

Author's Response:

Thank you!  I wish I could have been there, too.:)  Thank you, also for leaving the review.:)  The next chapter will find the boys back in the Pitts and in the throes of the political arena.  Thanks again for reading and commenting.:)

OMG sorry I missed this chapter but I have read it now lol. How exciting I have always wanted to go on a hot air balloon ride and I am planning one later this year or next year.

Author's Response:

Hi, Chris!  Thanks for reading and for the review.:)  I broke the last part up into two chapters rather than one because of how long it was.  I realy wanted to get their honeymoon written so I could go back to the storyline at home.  I always wanted to do the hot-air balloon adventure but haven't had the chance yet.  Hopes yours winds up being a lot of fun!  Now if I could just get a hold of a Brian Kinney/Gale Harold lookalike I'd have it made - LOL!  Thanks for the feedback.:P)

Reviewer: lindc (Anonymous) · Date: May 02, 2011 10:31 AM · On: Last Day In Paradise

oh my god!!!  these two chapters were utterly amazing.   i have been in a balloon ride. it is fabulous.  it was at a state fair.  had a blast.  i borrowed one of the nurses laptops to see if you had written anything new and saw these two wonderful chapters.  what a good ending to a rough day.  my cohorts are sleeping.  i can't seem to shut my brain off--so i am reading and reviewing.  should try to sleep as we have another busy day tomorrow.  now all the fun is over they have to go back to reality and the governor's race.  i can't wait to have justin tell everyone about this honeymoon as i know he will--every, well almost every detail. what is the next story chapter.  maybe paper hearts??  off to try to sleep.  lol from us all.

Author's Response:

Hi, lindc!  I'm impressed by your tenacity in finding someone's computer so you could continue reading - I'm very honored.:)  Never been on a hot-air balloon ride but always thought it would be neat to do it.  I really wanted to get their honeymoon wrapped us ASAP so I could move the story along.  I wasn't planning on two chapters, but when the first one got up to over 10,000+ words I thought I'd better break them up (the boys, not the chapter - ha!).  Yes, looks like Paper Hearts is up next, although I need to get "Operation Birthday" updated soon, too.  At least I think I can finish that one in the next chapter (hopefully)....Thanks again for all the support.  Hope you get to come home soon and get back to your normal schedule.:)

GOD! Those pictures are beautiful!  That is some honeymoon. Brian is a prince.

Author's Response:

Thanks!  I actually spend time researching - LOL!  I want to go, too, now!  They'd better enjoy it while they can - I think I'll write perhaps one or two more chapters about their trip, and then it's back to reality - ha!  Thanks for reading and for the review.:)

Reviewer: DavidR (Signed) · Date: April 11, 2011 09:57 AM · On: You Know Me Too Well!

Nice couple of chapters.

I am glad that Fin knows and expressed the problems that Brian will

face if he should agree to become Fin’s Campaign Manager.  Of

course we know that backing down is not in the make-up of any of

the four of them.

I like the description of the honeymoon.  Brian and Justin stories are

unique in a way that having a Brian happy and a happy Justin, make

for a happy reader.

I know, without conflict, issues, and drama, there is no story.  I’m sure

that when they return from the honeymoon the expression “the

honeymoon is over” will make itself known.  Maybe a better

expression will be "the shit hit the fan".

Again, thanks for the story.

DavidR.

Author's Response:

Thank you so much for the insightful comments, David!  So glad you'll be following along on the sequel.:)  And you're right - I'm setting the story up for what is to come and the campaign will be the focus point for all four characters.  And of course, along the way, there will be further development of Brian's relationships with both his father and grandparents, along with Tony's ongoing wish for a bigger commitment from his partner (sound familiar? LOL!).  Thanks for taking the time to review!:)

Pictures are beautiful.  It reminds me of my trip to Ireland.  The cliffs of Mohr looked just like your pictures, and there were sheep everywhere.  But, they used them for sweaters and such and their meat was very expensive.  Salmon was relatively cheap and we gorged ourselves.

I'm getting lost in the memories of my trip while enjoying B/J honeymoon.  This is just lovely and I'm so glad that you wrote this sequel.

Looking forward to your next update.

Author's Response:

Hi, Laura - I see you followed me over here - ha!  Thank you for the review - so pleased you're following it.  Things are pretty calm right now, but that's about to change once they get home.  I'm trying hard to let them enjoy themselves in typical B & J style until reality comes rearing its ugly head back home.  Thanks so much for the review, my friend.:)

Totally having a flashback to my time in Ireland now!  Poor Fin, politics sucks. Hmm...Brian as a campaign manager? Maybe? :)

Author's Response:

Hi, Megan Rose (love your user name, BTW - certainly sounds like you should be Ireland with the boys!:)  Thanks for the review - yes, that is definitely what I have in mind - I think not only would he be perfect with his background, but it will also help bond the two men closer together.  But stay tuned - I plan a lot of twists and turns for everyone as a result.:)

Author's Response:

Thank you so much, J!  I'm so glad you're enjoying it - I needed that little boost - LOL!  The boys will be honeymooning for a little longer before the real drama begins.  I will be featuring Brian and Fin's ever-changing relationship in the story, but there will be plenty of B & J interaction along with Tony and Fin's partnership as well.  Thanks so much for reading and especially taking the time to review - that keeps motivating me to keep writing.:)

I love toppy Justin.  Brian is such a romantic.  Can't wait for next update.

Author's Response:

Thank you so much for reading - I agree, for someone who wasn't "romantic," I think he could do it just fine.:)  Thanks for taking the time to review - I appreciate that so much - BTW - really enjoyed your "Painting by the Pool" story!:)

Whew! The honeymoon's off to a good start!

Author's Response:

You're so kind to review so many of my stories - thank you.:)  Yes, the first honeymoon night got a little hot, didn't it? HA!  But of course we're talking about B & J here.  I know, it's somewhat OOC for Brian to let Justin top (but we do know he has done it as least once before), but I saw it as a special gift to his husband for what he had given him.:)  Thanks for reading along with my active imagination.  There will be some more regarding the honeymoon before the real drama begins back home.  I'm glad you'll be following this one - thanks again, my friend.:)

Where can I book that hotel? I love it.

Hihi Justin is a tease. But hmmm? Did I missed it or do I read so many stories that I forgot! Are they doing it raw!? Stupid question maybe, because they are married.

* hugs *

Author's Response:

Hi, Marny!  Always so great to hear your thoughts.:)  Yes, I thought Justin deserved a treat after finding Brian's real family - LOL!  And to be honest about the no-condom thing, I can't remember, either - ha!  I think they've done it raw in the previous story, but now I'm not sure.  I suppose I was thinking along the same route as you - I see Brian as able to be monogamous so they should be able to do it without a condom now.  Thanks as always for reading and for the review.:)

Reviewer: lindc (Anonymous) · Date: March 30, 2011 07:52 PM · On: Honeymoon In Ireland

when i go to ireland, maybe next fall, i know where i'll stay.  i want the room with the zeba stripe on the bed. wow.  this place is just about perfect without all the trappings of trump hotels.  i stayed in one in new york in 2009.  pretty ritzy--i guess that's where my taste goes.  have to spend my money somewhere special.  thanks for those pictures.  it's appreciated. lol now on to paper hearts then maybe tlc?

Author's Response:

Hey, lindc!  Incredible hotel, isn't it?  And so outside my budget - LOL!  It's supposed to be a five-star hotel from what I read and I can see why!  I forgot the rates but in my case it wouldn't matter - ha!  Glad you liked the photos - I think it makes the story more alive that way.  Just finished the latest chapter of "Paper Hearts."  Sorry to say, I think I owe the readers of "Double Jeopardy" the next go-round so no TLC for now....stay tuned, though, it will be coming soon.:)

Reviewer: no sleep (Signed) · Date: March 30, 2011 10:08 AM · On: Honeymoon In Ireland

That Q Hotel certainly beats Walt Disney World for a honeymoon.  Those pictures are gorgeous. What a nice setting for a fairytale romance. Nicely done!

It was also a pleasant surprise for Justin to top!

Author's Response:

Thank you, my friend.:)  I imagine some readers can't really see Brian allowing Justin that "privilege" on their honeymoon.  But it was just the first of other rounds that night and I saw it as a way for Brian to thank Justin for his own wedding present to him.  Thanks for reviewing - glad you like the hotel - I want to go there, too!  LOL!

Reviewer: lindc & predec3 (Anonymous) · Date: March 30, 2011 09:19 AM · On: Honeymoon In Ireland

omg!!  that was hot.  where did you get those amazing pictures?  looks like something you'd find in trumps grand hotels.  can't wait to see where they go exploring.  waiting for the pub with the warm guinness.  teddy no show.  guess they needed a temp somewhere else?  so it's just we three.  the boys really liked this one. lme too lol.

Author's Response:

Hello, dear friend! Tell the guys I'm glad I could entertain them with that particular chapter - now which part specifically did they like? (never mind, I think I can guess!).  Sorry to hear that Teddy couldn't make it - maybe for the "Paper Hearts" story; I'm working on that one now.  The boys are about to meet for the first time.  Won't exactly be like out and out lust but after all the subject line isn't exactly conducive to that.  Definitely won't be a repeat over there (at least not yet!) of what happened in this chapter  - LOL!  BTW - the hotel really does exist - it's called the "G" hotel and is located in Galway, Ireland - it's a five-star hotel from what I read - I can certainly see why.:)  Saw photos of it online and thought it was perfect for the boys.:)  Thanks again for the review - tell the others I said hello!

Fun and sweet.  and nice place!  Thanks for answering the reviews.  Looking forward to more.

Author's Response:

Thanks, Kate!  I'm trying not to draw out the honeymoon too much, because I imagine most readers are more interested in the main plot of Brian's ever-changing relationship with his father, so I'm trying to hurry it along as best I can without overdoing to the extreme.:)  But knowing the way I write epic novels, I'm afraid that may take another chapter or two.  But never fear, once they're back in the US the drama will begin....thanks for reading and especially leaving the review!:)

Reviewer: BluvsJ (Anonymous) · Date: March 29, 2011 11:51 PM · On: Honeymoon In Ireland

WOW.... the hotel is stunning!!!!.... leave it to Brian to pick out such a gorgeous place for their honeymoon.... they deserve to have two weeks by themselves... before they get involved in the campaign.... which Brian will be thrown into once Finn asks him to be his manager.... BTW...what part of Ireland is the Q located ???.... Thanks...

Author's Response:

I know - I thought this would be the perfect hotel that Brian would choose for his honeymoon.:)  It's actually called the "G" Hotel and it's in Galway in western Ireland.  I found it when I was doing some research and thought it was just right for the boys.:)  They'll be going to an entirely different sort of accomodations in the next few days, however - stay tuned and thanks for reading.:)  And you're right - this is definitely the calm before the storm - LOL!

Enjoying this one, too.  I hope B/J get back to the US quickly.  I, for one, am excited about Brian and Fin working together on the campaign, and would love only one chapter of them in Ireland.

Author's Response:

Thanks, Kate, for the comments.  I don't really want to dwell too much on the honeymoon, either, because that is not really the main focus of the story, but knowing how wordy I get I can't guarantee only one chapter - LOL!  I'm actually working on the next chapter right now - Justin's about to get a nice surprise for his honeymoon night - ha!  I'll try to make it as short but sweet as possible, but it may take at least one chapter more before they get back to the States!  Thanks for taking the time to review!:)

Hello, my friend - Congrats, BTW, on all the reviews lately for your story - so well deserved!!  Glad you didn't leave us.:)  Thanks for the review on this - and you're right; the roller coaster is just beginning for them.  I'm going to give the boys a great honeymoon first, though; they're going to need it for the campaign!  And I do plan on having a lot of interaction between Brian and his father.  I think the campaign will be just the thing to draw them closer together.:)  Thanks for reading - so glad you'll be following it.  Looking forward to updates on your story as well!:)

“Someone has to take the first steps.  And I don’t think Brian is the kind to back down from a fight; I think he’s the perfect campaign manager and just the person to take the bull by the horns and run with it..."

This should be interesting.

I know, doesn't it? (sigh)....but then again, if I was with EITHER man, I wouldn't care WHERE I went on MY honeymoon - ha!  Thanks as always for reading and especially reviewing - I really appreciate that.:P

I just took a short break from I Don't....to peek in on the boys honeymoon....lol.... it looks like Justin is going to do some sightseeing while in Ireland...with or without Brian... lol....

Author's Response:

Yeah, I think the two may have differing opinions as to which "sights" are more important - ha!  But Mr. Kinney may just surprise his "bride" - LOL!  Thanks for reading and especially reviewing - I really appreciate that, my friend.:)

Another sweet chapter loved the Gus interaction. I have been to Ireland and it is lovely

Author's Response:

Thank you, Chris - I would love to go sometime.  I'm toying with maybe having the boys there for a week before going somewhere else - not sure yet, though -hope you'll stay tuned - thanks for taking the time to review.:)

Wondeful chapter as always.
If the story would be only about Finn & Tony, I'd still read it. Love those men. ( ugggrrrr terrible english, I think, sorry)

* hugs *

Author's Response:

Thank you, my friend.:)  Things are rather mundane at the moment until I can get the story set up a little better....I promise things will heat up (in more ways than one!) soon.....Thanks for the kind words - I like Fin and Tony a lot, too!  *Hugs back to you*

I love Fin and Tony! They kind of make me think of what Brian and Justin will be 20 years into the future. I'm sure it's going to be a tough campaign!

And good choice for the honeymoon! I've been to Ireland and I love it! They must go to Blarney Castle (although I remember kissing that damn stone is one of the most awkward things!)

Author's Response:

Thank you, Megan Rose!  I wouldn't mind going to Ireland myself - guess I'll just have to visit there in my dreams and through this story (sigh).....a lot of the angst to this story will obviously be generated through the campaign itself, which I have to set up for a couple of chapters.  Thank you for reading and leaving me a review - I really appreciate that!:)

Reviewer: lindc (Anonymous) · Date: March 24, 2011 09:28 AM · On: Two Paths Begin Their Journey

what a nice chapter.  this one is going to be fun.  probably quite a bit of angst too,  this run for governor will be where your fertile mind and imagination can take us.  brian must have something interesting in mind to go to the land of his ancestors on his honeymoon.  i hope they kiss the blarney stone while they are there and go to many pubs, there are gay ones there and drink warm guinness.  that's a hoot.  it's going to be a trip to remember. lol

Author's Response:

Thank you, my friend, and thanks for the suggestions!  I've been doing some research for the story and now I want to go, too - ha!  Thanks for taking the time to review - I really appreciate that.  Now I have to go delve into the horny, devious mind of Max Chamberlain - I think the readers are chomping at the bit to see Brian's reaction to his "request" - ha!:)  Say hello to the gang for me.:)

Hi,

I am glad to see you continue with this story.  It

tackles issues rarely covered in Brian/Justin

stories.

Ireland huh?  That should be very interesting.  One

of the aspects of Brian that has always bothered

me is that he is in so many ways, alone.  One can

be self sufficient, independent, blah blah blah, but

not alone in the Brian Kinney way.  I guess that is

the major reason why I really like this story.  Brian

is getting a family, and a family that truly cares for

him.

Thanks again for continuing this story.

DavidR

PS:  I vote no.  There is so many problems that

can and most likely will happen if Brian

        becomes Fin’s campaigne manager.  Just

imagine what the press will say!  Then again,

what is a story without issues.  Then again, I

        still vote no.

Author's Response:

Hi, David!  Thank you for leaving me your thoughts - I'm glad you enjoyed "The Wedding Present."  As you mentioned, this new story will continue some of the same issues that were brought up in the previous story.  I appreciate your take on whether to make Brian his father's campaign manager.  I respect your viewpoint and see a lot of validity in it; however, I see a lot of good coming out of him agreeing to do it as well - not only to provide greater attention to issues that need to be addressed in real life, but a need for Fin to depend upon his son for help and for Brian to develop a stronger, deeper bond with his real father.  And frankly, from a writer's perspective it also makes for one whale of a plot device.:)  So I have to go with my gut and will in all probability write it in that direction.  Hope in either case you'll stick around to see how it progresses.  I should be updating it very shortly.  Thanks again for leaving my your thought-provoking review.:)

I am so happy that you started a sequel. I am soooo looking forward to more.

Author's Response:

Thank you so much, Kate!  So glad you're looking forward to the sequel.:)  Thanks for leaving me the review - I really appreciate that.:)

OMG OMG OMG I love this new one you are unbelievable you manage to write such fabulous fics and they so addicting. I am really going to enjoy this exploration of Brian and Fin's relationship and the lesser but not least relationship of Tony and Justin as they work their magic on the Irish big dicks lol

Author's Response:

Thanks, Chris - LOL!  This one promises to further explore Brian and Fin's growing relationship, as well as how he gets to know his grandparents, along with Gus' gradual acceptance of his new family members.  In addition, it's going to delve into Tony's ongoing desire to eventually marry Fin (time will tell on that, though...), as well as Fin's campaign and Brian's involvement with it.  Of course, Justin will also be involved and there will be plenty of good old fashioned PWP/sex as well, not to fear - LOL!  After all the boys ARE on their honeymoon initially......Thanks for taking the time to leave me your thoughts - you're so faithful in doing that and I appreciate that more than you know.:)

Yay! I love this particular world you've created. Brian and Justin are still very much in character, as are the other QAF characters, but I love the new characters you've created as well.  And you did a great job bringing the reader up to speed on what's going on from the previous story without getting repetitive or boring. I read "The Wedding Present" a few months ago, but didn't feel the need to reread in order to follow along with this sequel. Can't wait for the next chapter -- looking forward to not only the honeymoon, but Brian working with his dad! :)

Author's Response:

Thank you so much, Kemma!  So glad you enjoyed TWP and will be reading along with this one.:)  I really think if Brian agrees to be Fin's manager it will definitely bond them closer together, but don't want to give too much of the plot away yet.:)  Thanks for taking the time to review and for reading - I really appreciate that!:)

Loved the original and the sequel looks like it will equal the first.  Brian as Fin's campaign manager - brilliant.  I really love the two couples and how they mirror each other, yet are unique onto themselves.

Looking forward to the ride!

All the best,

Laura

Author's Response:

Thank you, Laura!  TWP was one of my favorites to write and I really love Fin and Tony.:)  This story promises to have a lot of romance, angst, and drama.  Thanks for letting me know you'll be reading along, my friend.:)  Also looking forward eagerly to the continuation of your QAF story as well!:)

Woo hoo its back. I missed the you and oh yeah this story

Author's Response:

Thank you so much for your kind words!  Yes I decided it was time to resurrect them.  I have a lot more story to tell about Brian and his father and their respective mates/partners.:)  I really like Fin and Tony, and the story promises to be a real roller coaster ride just like the original.  So glad to see you'll be reading along - thanks for leaving me your thoughts - I greatly appreciate that!:)

Finally I could read this chapter ... pfff ... after seeing it eight hours ago * sighs *. It was busy busy .. with my girls behind the pc making a powerpoint presentation about turtles.

Great begining of the sequel, love the idea.

* hugs *

Author's Response:

Thanks, Marny!  So glad you'll be reading it.  Thanks for leaving a review - I appreciate that so much.:)

I love it already....lol... Brian as Fin's campaign manager sounds like a fantastic idea.... and going to Ireland to do some "research" on his dad sounds great too... Thanks....

Author's Response:

Thank you, my friend - so glad you'll be reading along.  Yeah, I think having Brian be his father's campaign manager is a perfect way to help bring father and son closer together.  It will also evoke quite a bit of drama along the way.  Hope you stay tuned for more - thanks for reading and especially taking the time to review.:)

This is one of my favorite stories.  It is off to a great start!

Author's Response:

Thank you so much!  Yes, Fin and Tony really seemed to resonate with a lot of readers, but I'm sure you can see where reading The Wedding Present first makes a big difference in understanding this one.  Thanks for reading it and for starting this new journey with me.  And thanks for taking the time to review - I really appreciate that.:)

this is going to be another great story.  campaign manager--now that's something brian can do quite well i think.  this is going to be a long one.  i know how campaigns run.  i worked on one in ca, when i lived there.  what a lot of work. omg. now on to the honeymoon and finding lost family.  you go girl--really looking forward to this one. lol

Author's Response:

Thank you my friend - and thanks for being such a loyal reader and reviewer.  I so appreciate that.  So is BB back yet?  It really stinks not having access to a computer, doesn't it?  Now we know how the caveman felt when he was cold and couldn't find any sticks for his fire - ha!  Thanks for reading this - tell BB I promise to get on TLC ASAP (after Double Jeopardy, though - time for another counseling for the boys....sigh....poor things....LOL!).

awesome    ive been waiting on this  ur off to a reat start brian would kill as his campaign manager

Author's Response:

Thank you my friend!:)  Yeah, I couldn't think of a better (albeit controversial) person to run his father's campaign - now all Fin has to do it talk him into it.  Glad to see you'll be reading the story.  Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.:)
