Wht a great chapter, so bittersweet and honest.... I love so much the interaction between Justin and Kai, love how you show the love, impatience, and heartbreak of helping to care for a special needs toddler. I could feel the weariness that Justin had trying to care for Kai thru your writing...I love that Brian finally came home and took care of his men...This story is so beautifully written and so powerful and I was so glad that you received that blue ribbon...you deserve it and congrats!!!!

Not sure if it was sweetly sad or sadly sweet! Beautiful anyway! Loved that Brian couldn't stay away and loved the way Justin accepted him back without hassle and without nagging; even though it meant they still have a lot to resolve neither are in a place where they would have the mental or emotional capacity to deal with tough issues. Congratulations on the blue ribbon it is well-deserved! Still adoring this fic and delighted to see an update! :)

something has to be done soon. justin is getting so frustrated, it isn't good for him or kai. brian walks in and takes control. wonderful.
"...when his life became so domesticated." when justin came back with his brother and brian welcomed them with open arms.
