This story is certainly headed to become one of our Best Fanfiction Classics once it is completed.

This is a new honor higher than a blue ribbon featured status and awarded only once to an author. See further details under Categories.

The quality of this huge novel is quite superior and most deserving. You certainly have the right stuff to be a published author with original characters. The fans you have here totally adore you  too and look forward to your updates. We are very grateful you have published here.

If you can write over 47,504 more words without burning out, you become the new Top Gun for the longest story on Midnight Whispers, and make me eat your dust (again :)

HERE is your proof.

You go girl!

Provided you're a girl of course

LISTEN CAREFULLY: "Your eyes are getting sleepy; your Muse is in a coma....I have nothing to fear...there you go; stop writing now...it hurts to write....feel good..."

(This may be attempted reverse-psychology because I needed to slap your ass for a new chapter soon ;)

Author's Response:

Thanks so much for making me laugh, and yes, I am a girl (although technically, the truth is that I WAS a girl - and never mind how long ago).  And yes, the truth is that I'm pretty sure there'll be far more than another forty thousand-odd words - all a consequence of being the kind of writer who never knows when to shut up.  I have often joked that I could never be published because, if I were, I'd be constantly pulling the finished product off library shelves in order to add a few words here or a few sentences there, or a few dozen chapters at the end - literally ad infinitum.

As for making YOU eat my dust, although it seems likely this story will turn out to be the QaF version of War and Peace - lengthwise - it will certainly not make you eat my dust - quality-wise.  Your work is exquisite, and I am totally looking forward to a time when I have enough hours to spare to give it the attention it deserves.  Damn RL anyway, keeping a person away from the really important stuff. :)

I am so very grateful for your support and your assistance.

Nice scene.  I could see it playing out just like that.

I do enjoy reading your writing.
