I’m currently completing the final preparations for Christmas while regularly checking the site hoping to find the last chapter of this wonderful story and tonight I was too happy to see this new text. And when at last I read the note at the end, I was even happier ... So you've decided to continue a little longer. Your rate will be ours. I just sent a sms to Gex who went snowboarding with his boyfriend and my son to inform him of this new publication (and never mind if I interrupt an intimate moment ...;)...). As always, only happiness. Justin was right to repatriate everyone on Pittsburgh to escape threats and lighten the lead weight with all this security around them. And what a good idea to spend the holidays in London. It’s a beautiful city especially in this period. And Justin can get all of them to see Paris as Eurostar expects to resume partial traffic trains on Tuesday 22 and in full from next Monday, after these three days of disruption due to snow that has affected the electrical circuits of motor .. . :)

Chapters may be 2 weeks apart but over 500 people are still reading the story and I got a dozen emails and more review comments not wanting the story to end. So I thumped the hamster in the rear and we wrote a new chapter. I am very busy with the school program but I can still do the story too I hope. I have to play it by ear. WOW! As pissed as I am at Lindsay for what she did to Gus, I can understand how much she missed her son and how much Gus misses his mother. That is one brave smart little boy, really takes after his dad.
Author's Response: This topic was not easy to write about. There are so many emotions going on with everyone we sometimes fail to see what is happening to the young victim. Gus decided to not be a victim but instead a survivor and forgiving his mother was the first major step. As he matures his emotions will change; this is normal for victims of child abuse. Author's Response: Thank you so much for your kind words. I do plan to write after gaining my degree; however it will probably not be fiction. This is the longest story on Midnight Whispers; all my stories combined are more words than both the Old and New Testament of the Bible combined by hundreds of thousands of words. I was approaching a million words total and I haven't been writing a year yet. School has started and it's challenging; it takes all my free time. I'll complete the final chapter of this story within two weeks from today (12-17-09). That is the best I can do. Thank you jane for reading my work.

I will be excited about this picture too ... but NEVER, Hollywood will never have the balls to make a movie like this ... O yeah, I'm a boy with little faith! " As my sister, I scoured the Bible that we have here (the last time I’m so passionate and documented on a reading was for the Da Vinci Code) ... I can tell you that your chapters have monopolized the house here. My father showed me other items based on this subject. I like to talk with him because he is educated and interested in many things. He is loving spirituality. He fought the Catholic dogmas in which he was raised and above he rejects the narrow moral, prejudice and other inconsistencies. He knows perfectly well the Texts and can justify and support his point of view when he talks to religious ... Younger, I attended some of these exchanges with the village priest. He taught us to develop critical thinking and not follow blindly. Those who promote hatred of homosexuals using the Bible should receive a good lesson.

This was a bad virus and I almost had to wipe off my hard drives and start over. My tech was able to go into the programming registery and find the bug and disable it so we know now what was the problem without losing all my data. Most technicians can't do that. Author's Response: I'll venture to say if you were gay this would be more than informative for you. I personally know of 6 boys who took their lives over this bullshit by the Christian church and the ministers. The rate of attempted and successful suicides of gay males between the ages of 14-17 in nations with a majority Christian population is over 28%. The majority are in the American Bible Belt states. The story continues addressing this issue and will be concluded soon as the climax of the story. I've started a college degree program on line and will not have time to write.

To me, God's message is a message of unconditional love for all of us... The obscurantists, retrograde peoples and fundamentalists are the problem. Fortunately, some churches ministers have a more progressive opinion and sometimes it’s not the youngest. I’ve had for example the old priest here who often came to discuss with my father. He often said to us, young people, "know that God loves you as you are, the main thing is to believe in him... The Church and the rest is nothing."

I knew the controversy about the story of David and Jonathan. I read an article written in this way in a magazine that my father subscribed to. But, I had no recollection of Jesus’ story with the roman... So I looked for this story in the ancient and modern Bibles in our collection. Read the Bible with new eyes, that's what many people should do.

Love the Bible stuff. My son-in-law is a Baptist minister and refuses to preach that homosexuality is wrong. I can't wait to tell him about this stuff. He will probably try to work it into a sermon.

Author's Response: I do have to end the story; I've started a college program online for my BBS (Bachelors in Biblical Study) which is a difficult and intensive course of study academically. I already have three other degrees. The total number of words in my three stories exceeds the number of words now in the King James Bible. In addition, in high school Latin 1 we learned that servus was latin for slave, not pais.
Author's Response: That sounds like something Socrates would say. Pais is an ancient Greek word; well it was a mixture of Greek and ancient Arabic spoken at the time of Jesus at those locations to my knowledge; mostly Greek. I want to mention to another reviewer: Jonathan did have one crippled child, a son who David placed in the royal court in agreement with his covenant with Jonatan to last to his decendants.

I just caught up with all the chapters I've missed to date. HOLY SHIT RAGE! You ended it with a hydrogen bomb! I found a Bible and verified all your data on the stories. More research online shows that there is a great deal of debate on the interpretation of ancient Hebrew and Arabic or Roman words and there is a vast amount of evidence that the Church did fabricate the theme against homosexuality centuries later after the original Bible texts that are known (for example: The Dead Sea Scrolls). How in the hell can the Bible thumpers hide this evidence? Are most Christians that stupid not to read the truth in the Bible for themselves? Is it that hard to accept the fact that two men loved each other enough to change the course of history for all time?
The only way I see a peasant slave boy become king is on top of a prince who loves to bottom as the nakedness of his mother describes by Saul! The scripture is dead on with many quotes of how much they loved each other. Later they took wives and made kids but never said they loved the women they had kids with. David even said Jonathan was a better lover than women.

David had several wives and kids but I think Jonathan never did and soon died in battle. I don't recall any mention of children of Jonathan in scripture. My quess is he was the bottom of their relationship and had no interest in women at all. I just wish Hollywood had the balls to make this movie true.

Bi-polar mania, gallbladder surgery... Brian hasn’t a good time on the health front. Fortunately, cholecystectomy is a common operation but it’s true the stones in the gallbladder can cause very strong abdominal pains. Now he has to rest and start the diet. At least one month of a low-fat diet before come back to a “normal” diet, I’m sure Tray will cook excellent meals for him in the respect of the diet.
I'm really happy for the future shooting of X-Men. The boys will be able to participate in the Hollywood-life too.

It was a great weekend with my older brother and Tomas birthday party… I’m tired but I promised myself to catch my delay in my comments before the end of the week.
Well, I knew children would agree, but what work for them !. It’s not easy especially when Zack and Devin are still so young... Many sacrifices but a good future for all of them if they succeed... Impressive, the training with Mark.
