We travel through time... 5 years later and the next generation. Successful transition on this great chapter. I love seeing the evolution of each character. Shawn seems a lovely boy. Peter faces his homosexuality. Brian and Justin can help him. I just hope they will keep him with them and he doesn't return to his mother and brother.

I enjoyed reading about the jump five years into the future and that all were together for Thanksgiving. I was a little disappointed not to read anything about Lily or the potential next child (a girl?) that she would have for J&B.
I was not surprised to read about Linds though. I've always felt that she would make contact whenever she was released and somehow I don't think she's through trying because it's all about her wants, not Gus. Glad he has security around him.
So five years into the future, what's the status of Kinnetik Advertising & RE? How did Mark's 2nd movie do? Did he decide to do more movies (closer to home of course)? What's Jerry up to?
As always, can't wait for the next chapter....
Author's Response: Lily would have done it but Brian didn't want to be a father again; he was happy with one kid each. Lindsay is lonely and misses everyone; not just Gus, but tough sh*t. The business and real estate are doing very well and they have made loads of money; they still have about 17,400 rentals, residential and commerical combined. I hope to write a new chapter tonight if Mr. Hamster will wake up. Thanks for commenting cakdg.

Five years later, What a good idea that leap in the future ! You are a genius, JTS. Still, I noted all characters (old and new) on a document, so I don’t get bogged down in too much detail... I ADORED this chapter. Britin Thanksgiving in Britin, it’s so great. And yet it was almost ruined by the arrival of Lindsey.
I hope she won’t make problems with Gus...
I love already this young Shawn. He deserves to be happy because he seems to have suffered a lot. What will think Claire when his son will be his coming-out ? I’m longing to know what she’s going to say

Author's Response: Ted and Blake have a challenge on their hands; Shawn has many issues. Emmett and Drew with a kid? Maybe; nice idea. Lindsay will be a distant antagonist of the story but no real threat with the security Brian has in place. Thanks for commenting alys.

Author's Response: Sorry to give that impression. The story isn't over; I've advanced the time line to keep it interesting. The babies are older and we have young Shawn and Peter with coming out issues coming up. The summary was to bring you up to date with the past five years. This story may very well exceed Embraced in length. I'll add TBC... to the chapter to make sure it doesn't give the impression 'the end'. Thank you for commenting and bringing this to my attention.

This was a powerful chapter full of great details into the future. I could smell the turkey. I loved how Mark started to help Shawn and ending with Peter facing his sexual orientation. You rock Mr. Hamster!
Author's Response: Mr. Hamster refused to write a 100 chapters of diapers, baby first steps, potty training, baby's first lie, etc. HE HE HE! So he fast forwarded the story to pick up five years down the road with new issues and kids in the family; new boys coming out, and new adventures for both of our uber rich powerful gay couples in love.
