I had to laugh at the conversation between Jenn and the Century 21 guy. Yep, the guy better not mess with her!
Laughed again at Gus, as a Kinney, needing to learn about billions. Lol
I love all the business machinations. They are now partners with Jenn, I really like that idea. Those company-wide broadcasts are a lot of fun too! Just a thought, since Mel will be in the same building as Jenn couldn't she handle the legal stuff for Kinnetik RE or is that a legal specialty?
I think B handled Vance very fairly considering the state of his business.
Wow things are moving fast and lots of fun too.

Author's Response: Jennifer would eat his lunch and he knew it. Gus will be a very smart boy before the 1st grade starts. Mel will handle the RE closing for Jennifer and Kinnetik RE; an attorney can do it too. Usually people hire title companies but sometimes they use lawyers. It's boring work for a lawyer however; mostly paperwork. Enjoy the next chapter; you're getting caught up fast with me.

I think it's great Jennifer has her own agency. It's nice to be part of this family. Vance made the mistake of his life by kicking out Brian. Now, he foots the bill. Fine ! And Melanie is in charge of the bankruptcy. He is done for ! It's the beginning of the end

Whales are funny people; if you make them richer they brag about it to other whales and soon they come knocking at your door wanting your PR skills too. Author's Response: Hamster waves at the reviewing reader; he slips and falls out of the wheel. He bangs his little head on the steel frame to come out of it. He swears he heard this review before but since human is his second language he isn't sure. Once he stops being dizzy he bows and jumps back in the wheel now half done with the next chapter.

This was a fun chapter. Loved how you broke it off in Mrs. Griffin with the divorce settlement. Great idea for Jennifer now owning her own real estate company. No doubt Mel will rob Vance blind and he'll be grateful for it. Gus needing to know billions was priceless. You must be smoking something good yourself JT to dream this all up.
Author's Response: With God as my witness I'm only hooked on 5 Hour Energy-Extra Strength. I slam those and write up a storm for a couple of days and then crash to bed for 12-15 hours, and get up and do it again. Weird schedule but it works for me and gives you good people lots to read fast. Compare that to writers who have 12+ stories in the fire lasting weeks between chapters on each one. I write one novel at a time and belt it out before starting a new one. That's my style and it's working very well for me. Thank you for reviewing.
I live for these reviews and suffer without them.
