BEWITCHED AND BEWILDERED - 5 Author: Elsarose Plot bunny and collaborator: Judy Uhrich Post 513 – hey it could happen Gus woke up the next day in his new bedroom. He looked around, blinking in the morning light. “Emmylou.” He whispered. “Emmylou, are you here?” A large black cat with violet eyes met Gus’. The cat was sitting on the bed side table. “Emmylou is at her morning toilet.” The cat said. “I’m Cam.” “I know, I met you yesterday.” Gus blinked. “Emmylou is in the toilet?” “No, I was being polite, she’s getting ready for the day, you know bathing, peeing and stuff.” Cam grinned and jumped onto Gus’ bed. “How did you know I’m also Daphne’s boyfriend.” “That’s easy,” Gus giggled. “You purr the same. Do my daddies know you’re a cat too?” “No, only Daphne knows.” “Is it a secret like Emmylou? Is she really a person too?” “No, but she used to be a little girl about six years old when a rather bitchy old witch turned her into a mouse. That was a long time ago, from what she tells me, it was close to the turn of the century, not this one, the previous one.” Gus wasn’t sure what Cam was talking about, but he didn’t want to ask. He’d wait and ask his daddies. “Can’t you turn her back?” Gus asked. “No, for one thing I’m not of the same lineage as the witch who turned her. And for another I don’t really know the spell. It would take a powerful magician to work the necessary magic to make her a girl again.” “I bet Daddy J could do it.” “He might be able to eventually, but he’s too knew to the craft right now.” Cam was now in Gus’s lap, allowing the small boy to scratch the top of his head. “You won’t eat her, will you?” Gus asked, remembering various cartoons. “Yuck, I won’t eat her. She’s my friend. Besides, I might look like a cat, but I don’t actually eat the same stuff a cat does.” “Good, because that would make me sad.” “Good morning Gus.” Brian said, walking into the bedroom. “What’s that damn cat doing in here? Did you let him in?” “No, he just came in to say good morning.” Gus smiled at Cam before getting out of bed. “I had a good sleep. Emmylou told me stories and she stayed with me all night to keep away the spooks. What are spooks?” “Ghosts I suppose.” Brian answered absently. “Is Emmylou here now, because that cat might eat her.” “Silly daddy, Cam doesn’t eat mice.” Gus looked in a drawer. “I want to wear this.” He pulled out a tee shirt and jeans with extra large pockets. “Okay, but you need to wash up first.” Brian headed to the bathroom just off of Gus’ room. “Do you want a bath or a shower?” “A shower.” Gus was delighted. His mommies never let him have a shower. He raced into the bathroom. “Emmylou, Emmylou, we can have a shower.” “Gus, even if Emmylou was a real mouse, I’m sure she wouldn’t like to have a shower with you. It would be like a super heavy rain fall for the mouse.” “Daddy, Emmylou is going to feel very bad if you don’t think she’s real. She’s a real mouse with real feelings. Daddy J, tell him not to hurt her feelings, she’s just a little mouse.” “Brian, Emmylou is real for Gus.” Justin smiled as he adjusted the water in the shower. “Right.” Brian wasn’t convinced. “Why is that damn cat in the bathroom?” “I like him daddy. I bet Cam would like a shower.” Gus had taken off his pajamas. “Oops maybe not.” He giggled; the cat had run back out of the bathroom. “Smart cat.” Justin laughed. Gus was intent on washing under the gentle spray of water. He loved showers. When his daddy had daddy J pressed up against the bathroom vanity, Gus motioned for Emmylou who was hiding under his pajamas, to come into the shower. Soon the two of them were dancing in the make believe rain. Gus and Emmylou silently laughing so they wouldn’t call attention to themselves. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Brian and Justin walked into Saint James, Gus in between them. The boy was proud of his uniform, he loved the way his big boy trousers looked and the fact he could wear a tie. He liked his jacket best of all because it had a pocket inside the front where Emmylou could stay while he was in school. He could feel his small friend vibrating with excitement and it made him warm all over. He loved being Emmylou’s first human friend. He was important to her. It was the first time in more than ninety years, which was a lot of years, that she’d been out of the house. “I’ll pick you up at three. You can wait inside the school.” Justin said. “Or if it’s a nice day, you can wait by the big tree.” They had all been to the school the day before. Justin had obtained Gus’ school records from Canada, Brian didn’t ask how. As well as Melanie’s signature giving them temporary custody of the boy. Again Brian didn’t ask, but in fact it was because Melanie knew her son needed to be in school to have some normalcy in his life and Lindsay still wasn’t able to cope. “Okay.” Gus looked at Brian and then at Justin. “I really, really can’t kiss you because the other kids will think I’m a baby. But Emmylou said that if I squeeze your little finger twice, that means I love you. So that’s what I’m going to do.” He solemnly reached out and gave first Brian and then Justin’s little finger a couple of squeezes before he walked down the hall to his first class. “I think we’ve been dismissed.” Brian huffed. How did this ever happen, taking his son to his first day of school. A school that was miles above the one he, himself, had attended. Justin had thought he’d feel some kind of trepidation at entering the school where he’d spent so much time. But truthfully, it was only his last four years that held bad memories. Before then, he’d rather enjoyed the school. They had an excellent academic program that would challenge Gus’ mind. As well, the art and music programs were the best in Pittsburgh. “It’s a good school Brian, and things have changed since I was here. The new Head Master is progressive in her thinking. She lives with her partner not too far from our place.” “Dykes are everywhere, like that damn cat. I’m surprised he isn’t lurking in the corner somewhere.” Brian looked around to prove his point, but Cam was actually in court that day with no time to pop in or out of Brian’s life. “Cam hasn’t been at the house lately, though the other Cam seems to spend a lot of time at Daphne’s. His car is always parked in the driveway.” Justin smiled when Brian held the door for him. He loved how his older partner was always such a gentleman. It was something he never took for granted. “Maybe we should raise her rent.” Brian laughed. They had reached the sidewalk, their car only a few feet away. Brian turned and looked at the school. “I never thought I’d ever be doing this.” “Me either.” Justin laughed. “I almost wish we had one of our own.” “Hmmmm, I don’t think so Sunshine. I can’t imagine living with you for nine months while your hormones are out of wack.” “Hey, why would I be the one knocked up, you have the figure for it. You’d bounce back quickly to your boyish figure.” Justin moved his hands. “FUCK JUSTIN, STOP IT RIGHT NOW.” He squealed like a girl and ran for the cover of the car. Justin had made him look nine months pregnant and he could feel the distinct punch of something inside him kicking him. Justin was doubled over with laughter, he could barely speak, but he did manage to de pregnant Brian. “You are sooooo going to pay for that.” Brian glared as he adjusted his shirt and tie. He kept touching his flat abdomen making sure he was back in shape. “That was down right mean.” His words had a teasing quality so Justin knew he really wasn’t angry. “I couldn’t resist.” Justin managed to say. “You’d be soooooo cute preggers with my baby.” “Not a chance in hell Sunshine. Luckily it’s physically impossible. I can see it now, you whining for me to get knocked up.” “I don’t whine.” Justin protested. “You do so.” Brian leaned over and kissed Justin soundly. Soon they were in a full make out session in front of the school, ending only when Justin’s blow job ability was practiced with full explosive effect. “That was fucking awesome.” Brian leaned back in his seat. “We should have done this years ago in front of the school. All those memories of you in your uniform make me hard.” “Freak, good thing we have tinted windows.” Justin gave him a quick kiss. “Now move, you need to go to work and I need some studio time. Three o’clock will arrive soon enough.” He didn’t mention that he’d made sure the windows were extra dark. There was no point in giving Gus any grief over his parent’s antics so early in his school life. Brian started the car after making sure Justin’s seat belt was secure and his lips were well bruised and swollen with additional lust. “We could go back to the house and I could blow off work.” Brian suggested. “Uh, are you crazy? You never offer to blow off work.” Justin looked hard at Brian. “I have a show to prepare for Big Guy.” “I know, but seeing the school and having Gus leave us, looking so confident and pleased with himself. It made me feel kind of strange.” Brian looked studiously at the road. “Like my life is out of control.” He glanced quickly at Justin. “You didn’t help with your little trick.” “I said I was sorry.” Justin reached over, his hand on Brian’s thigh. “I know life has a way of moving too fast some times. I mean, one minute I’m standing under a street lamp and the next minute some gorgeous guy is asking me to marry him and calling me his Prince. I turn around and I’m in New York, turn again and our son is entering school for the first day. But the one constant in all of that is you and I. No matter what, we love each other and have for a long time. We just need to go with the flow.” “You left out your freaky twenty second birthday.” Brian said. “I try not to think of it.” Justin admitted. “I’m not actually sure what I’m supposed to do with the powers I have. I mean, there must be some reason I have them other than to tease you or turn Mikey into a toad.” “It’s still early. I suppose it’ll become apparent eventually.” Brian sighed. Justin was right, he couldn’t retreat into their bedroom and lose himself in sex. It wasn’t the responsible thing to do. And he had to wonder when drugs, sex and alcohol had become something of the past for him. He must have missed the memo, but he was still complying. “You haven’t done any magic on me have you?” He asked Justin. “Because for some reason I don’t feel like getting blasted and finding five or six tricks. I have this urge to go to work and come home to my partner and son. Like some kind of stepford husband.” “It’s called growing up Peter Pan, it happens to the best of us. Despite all the fairy dust you’ve ingested over the years. It was bound to happen.” “I hate it when you’re right. It really pisses me off.” Brian turned into Kinnetik’s parking area. “You take the car. I’ll get a cab home or maybe I’ll walk. I could use the exercise, Gus’ choice of dinners have too many carbs.” “Hmmm” Justin kissed Brian. “I love my sensible Brian, but I have to admit I love the wild and sexy Brian too. Don’t lose that Brian in your quest to be the perfect father.” Brian shut his eyes for a moment. Damn, he loved this blond bombshell he called his partner. He often laid awake watching Justin sleep and wondered how he had come to deserve having him in his life. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Gus had been living with them for two weeks when Justin sensing Brian was getting restless, asked Daphne to watch the boy for the evening while he and Brian spent a night at Babylon. “I think he needs to check up on the place even if he doesn’t trick.” Justin said to his friend. “He needs some music and hot sweaty male bodies.” “Don’t we all.” Daphne snorted. “Okay, but Cam might be joining me. Do you think Gus would like to spend the night at my place? I have that extra bedroom. That way if you two bring anyone back, you can do so without interruption.” “I don’t even want to go there.” Justin rolled his eyes. “Ask Gus, it’ll be his decision, but be warned, he’ll want to take his invisible friend with him.” “Emmylou is a perfectly not so invisible mouse.” Daphne laughed. “Cam told me.” “Riiiiight.” Justin wasn’t so sure. “No really, she’s a little girl from the early 1900’s who was turned into a mouse by one of your bitchier ancestors.” “And you’re just telling me this now?” “Well, Cam and I thought you knew.” Daphne shrugged. “Emmylou only talks to Gus because he’s more her age. Well, the age she was when she was turned. Which is weird ‘cause she’d be like a 100 now. I guess when you’re enchanted you don’t age. The point is, she has kind of a thing about the witches in your family, which is understandable since she is a mouse.” “How many times do I have to tell you I’m not a freaking witch.” Justin spoke with his teeth clenched. “I just do stuff, sort of magic, but not quite.” “Well, you sure act like a witch to me.” She shrugged. “I don’t care, you do stuff, it’s easier to call you a witch.” “Do you call Cam a witch?” he asked. “It never came up.” She answered. “Well, things come up and we have other things to do. Talking isn’t one of them.” “Geeze Daphne, I so don’t need the visual.” “Aunty Daffy.” Gus ran in and threw himself in Daphne’s arms. “Are you going to play with me?” “Not right now, but Daddy J says you can spend the whole night with me and Cam tonight.” “A sleep over, for real?” he looked at Justin and then at Daphne. “I’ve never had a sleep over before. Other kids in my class have them all the time. Can Emmylou come?” “Yes, a sleep over and yes, of course Emmylou can come.” She grinned at Justin. “We can make Emmylou something special, like maybe her own little house or something.” “That would be sooooo cool.” Gus grinned. “I’ll go pack my stuff.” “There I guess that’s been decided.” She looked satisfied. “Have fun.” Later that night, after considerable persuasion, Brian and Justin were lounging on the catwalk watching the dancers. “I have a perfectly good manager for the place. There is no need for me to actually be here.” Brian continued their earlier conversation. “It won’t hurt you to spend an hour or two here.” Justin was unconsciously swaying to the beat of the music. He had been amusing himself by watching Ted being hit on by numerous hot guys, with a little help from his talents. Ted looked baffled, but pleased, with his evening out. He’d been to the back room twice in the last hour. “You’re going to kill Ted.” Brian observed. He’d known immediately what was happening. It was almost like a sixth sense he had when Justin was using his gift. “But I suppose he’ll die a happy man. Keep in mind he’s my accountant and I need him. I don’t even want to think about having to break another one in.” Justin only giggled. “Hey, Michael just came in with Emmett. I wonder where Ben is?” “Ben is out of town for a week taking a seminar in something bizarre. Ted told me.” Brian watched his friend start to dance with Emmett. A tingling in the air told him that Justin was up to something. “Watch it blond boy, don’t mess with Mikey.” “I just want him to have a good time.” Justin tried to look innocent. Michael was now taking off his shirt, his dancing had become erotic as he mimicked the gogo boys on their pedestals. Michael’s pants were now skin tight, molded to his ass. “Fuck Justin, you’ve given him a ten inch cock.” Even Brian had to giggle. Michael had always had a respectable, for him, thick 4 inches, which was average for his size. The size of Michael’s cock, outlined the way it was, was causing some consternation on the dance floor. More than one man attempted to cut in between Emmett and Michael, wanting to woo the smaller man for the evening. “See, I’m being nice.” Justin smirked. Michael, at first, was pleased with all the attention he was receiving. If he’d known all he had to do was take off his shirt, he would have done so years ago. His pants felt tighter than normal, but he figured that was because he was sweating. It was a stray hand that touched the base of his cock and moved up, up and up that made him realize his cock was not only hard, but larger than ever. “My, my, Michael baby, I’ve never seen you quite like this before.” Emmett stood back to admire his friend’s package. “Who knew, it has to be at least ten thick hard inches.” Michael grabbed the front of his pants and squealed, before running off to the bathroom, at least ten guys following in his wake. “Now that was kind of fun.” Justin laughed. “It’ll go back to normal in ten minutes. But he can have fun playing with it meanwhile.” Brian’s arm was around Justin and he pulled him close for a quick kiss. “Let’s dance.” It wasn’t long before the two of them were on the dance floor, wrapped in each other’s arms, more or less following the beat of the music that filled the air, and definitely following the beat of each other’s heart. “Brian, Brian,” Michael ran up to the couple on the floor. “Do I look different to you?” “You don’t have your shirt on, you have strange fur on your chest.” Justin offered. “There’s a great place on Liberty Avenue that’ll look after that for you.” “Briaaaan.” Michael whined. “My dick, look at my dick.” “Are you out of your mind?” Brian snorted. “That would be no.” “It got really big and now it’s small. I think it’s too small. I mean once you’ve had big, it’s hard to go back to small.” “I know the feeling. I like big myself.” Brian felt Justin’s dick. “I’m being serious here.” Michael implored. “My dick is smaller.” “I doubt that.” Justin said. “I mean you’ve measured it lately haven’t you?” “No.” “Well everyone does. I mean Brian and I measure each other every day, don’t we Brian?” “Uh, oh, yeah, sure we do.” Brian was wondering where this was going. “Here, I bought a new tape measure before we got here. You can get them at any of the stores on Liberty. The special ones for cocks that is.” He pulled out a strange looking tape measure from his pocket. “See.” The tape had it’s measurements like, Michael’s normal size, Michael’s erect size, Michael’s dream size.” “How come it says Michael?” he looked at Justin with suspicion. “That’s the standard of cock measurement. Michael is like a generic name.” Justin began to dance again. “Every gay guy knows that. I can’t believe you missed it. That’s what happens when you let your mother control your life, you miss out on all the little hidden things in gay life.” He looked down at Michael’s crotch. “I’d say you’re not too bad a size considering your height and body weight. I mean, Ben doesn’t complain does he. I heard he’s a total size queen.” “Okay, enough is enough.” Brian whispered in Justin’s ear. “Be a good little witchy boy.” “I’ll make an inch bigger.” Justin whispered back. “I’m feeling generous.” “How big can you make mine?” “Yours is fine just the way it is.” Justin rubbed on Brian suggestively. He turned to Michael. “You can keep the tape measure.” But Michael was already heading back to the bathroom. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Gus sat in the middle of the carpeted floor, his legs crossed. Daphne sat in her rocking chair. Cam and Emmylou, along with a dog with three legs called Lester, a raven called Joe, and a rather interesting looking creature they all agreed had to be someone’s idea of an elf, called Ned, played Candyland. “I’m winning.” Joe laughed, his laugh sounding distinctly crow like. “That’s ‘cause you cheat.” Ned glared at him. “You guys are not very nice to play with. Me and Emmylou think you should behave yourselves.” Gus declared. “He has a point there.” Cam snickered. He stretched his body long, releasing the kinks from his muscles. “Lester, let’s go for a walk.” Cam turned into his human form. “No chasing squirrels.” “I’m sick of chasing squirrels, they have fleas.” Lester got to his feet. “Hey, it was nice meeting you kid.” He licked Gus’ cheek. “I’ll stop by and visit if you’d like. It gets lonely living under the bridge.” “Oh, I’d like that.” Gus was pleased. “I bet I can get my daddies to let me keep you. You know, like a pet. They don’t have to know that you’re really not a dog.” “Might be nice for the winter to have a warm place to stay.” Lester admitted. “I’ll think about it.” “It’s time for us to go.” Ned and Joe stood up, well Joe was already standing. “Gus, great meeting you. If you’re ever outside playing, we’ll be glad to join you. It’s nice having a human to talk to who doesn’t scare off when we talk.” “I’m not scared.” Gus smiled at his new friends. “Cam and Emmylou said you were good people or animals.” He laughed. “I don’t know what to call you.” “Just call us Lester, Ned and Joe.” Joe said. “I mean, that’s our names after all. You’re too young to worry about why we’re like we are.” “I bed my Daddy J could fix things.” Gus stood up and stretched. “Isn’t that so, Auntie Daffy?” “Well, he’d try that’s for sure.” Daphne said. “Justin is like that.” “No, we’ve had enough of witches. Sorry, been there, done that and turned into a garden gnome.” Ned said. “Oh, that’s what you are.” Daphne blushed, having spoken without thinking. “Sorry.” “No problem, I’ve been called worse.” Ned shrugged. “It’s not an easy life being a gnome.” Cam opened the door. He wanted to talk to Lester on his own, the old man/dog looked like he needed some extra help. Maybe he would talk Daphne into letting him live with her if Gus couldn’t convince his dads’. “Bed time.” Daphne said. “It’s been nice having you and Emmylou visit Cam and I.” “We like it too.” Gus said. He’d picked up all the pieces of the game and put them back in the box. “Daddy was kind of sad about going out, but Daddy J said he’d have fun and to suck it up.” Gus giggled. “Daddy J is funny.” “So how’s school?” Daphne asked as she helped the young boy get ready for bed. “It’s fun. Emmylou really likes it because she never went to school when she was a girl. She’s learning lots of stuff.” “I hope you don’t get caught with a mouse in your pocket.” Daphne cautioned. “Maybe Emmylou could stay home once in awhile.” “We won’t get caught.” Gus looked at his friend who was now getting into the small sleeping bag Daphne had bought for Emmylou in the Barbie doll section of the store. “Besides, Emmylou can hide really, really fast.” “Okay, but not everyone is as understanding as you are about a mouse. From what I remember of Saint James, they aren’t very tolerant about mice.” “We’ll be careful.” Gus stroked the top of Emmylou’s head. “We’ll be real careful.” ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ “SPLASH” “Fuck Justin, you dropped us in the pool.” Brian spluttered. “My phone is ruined.” “I’ll fix it.” Justin was more than a little drunk. It was his idea that he get them home. He didn’t count on the fact that his drinking would make his gift twist and land them in the pool rather than their bed. “Don’t touch it until you’re sober.” Brian swam over to where Justin clung to the side of the pool. “Are you okay, Sunshine?” “Better than okay, I have a naked man in my pool.” “Shit, where did my clothes go?” Brian looked around. What he’d been wearing was now spread out on the roof of the garden shed. “I’m drying them.” “It’s winter, nothing is going to dry outside.” “Okay, I’m freezing them.” Justin giggled. “Wanna fuck?” “Sure, why not.” Brian laughed as he grabbed for Justin, not surprised to see a box of condoms and a tube of lube floating on a plastic bed beside his head. “You’re getting better Sunshine.” “I have you just where I want you.” Justin sighed with pleasure when Brian’s finger found his hole.
