What an incredible chapter I was on the edge of my seat! It was gripping from start to finish and teeming with authentic detail. I loved all the trial procedure, it felt as if we were there in the courtroom. Wonderful writing.

Glad to see Brian stand up to Ryder and the idiots in the break room! No one has ever had to tell Brian to grow a pair, Justin either. Especially when they know are right! I literally laughed out loud at the scene at the cocktail party when Brian unleashed on Barbie & Brittney! Giving them his version of "Justin" Great chapter, so well written!

Interesting ad angle and copy... But would it be very churlish to suggest that these days putting a baby and a bottle of beer in the same frame would be a no-no? But I'm being picky .. I think the concept is actually very clever and I could imagine Brian pitching this.

I devour every chapter of these that you post. I find this version of QAF quite bold and intriguing. Really touches on the complex humanity of their relationship. Plus so far it delves into topics NOT addressed on the show. Like Brian's job's reaction to the bashing. The insecurities and day to day issues that arise dating someone with such an age difference. And course the reactions to such a tragic and life altering real life event (9/11).
I really look forward to reading the rest of this series...

This chapter was just perfect, so emotional and touching! I've always wondered what happened during the time Justin stayed in the hospital and Brian declaring his love was beautiful.
