You are killing me !!!
I have been laughing (and still am) for 30 minutes.
Too much fun :
- Brian wonders how something can be burnt and runny at the same time
- "it’s still so dry he can’t cut it with a knife"
- “Is something burning?” “What temperature is the oven set at?”
“Oh, I just turned it all the way up. I figured everything would cook faster.”
- the whipped cream has been overwhipped, it’s turned to butter
Author's Response: Yes, poor Mikey he should have accepted Ben and Deb's help... Next Thanksgiving will be at Britin... Later ~ Kathleen

I sympathize with Mikey, his good intentions went seriously wrong.
Author's Response: I somehow missed this comment, better late than never... I know, I hate when this sort of thing happens to me... Later Hon ~ Kathleen

Very funny and very Michael. Loved Gus's comment, kids can be so honest. Bill
Author's Response: It's so typical Michael, stubborn and stupid... Hugs Hon ~ Kathleen

LOL. Everyone who cooks or bakes has had disasters, but this one beats all. Preparing Thankgisving dinner is clearer tougher than managing a comic book store (or the Big Q). Burnt and runny at the same time. ;D
Yay! Rage comes through and saves Gayopolis' Thanksgiving.
Author's Response: Yes we've all been there, but hopefully not on a big holiday with a table-full of hungry guest... I love that line to "burnt and runny." I'll admit I've never liked/made that French's onion green-bean casserole, why ruin the green beans? Rage saves the day as always... Hugs Hon ~ Kathleen

Ha! Even when Michael is trying to do a good thing, you make him suffer. But then, even though he cooked so Deb doesn't have to, he also wanted to show off and be a hero. He should have let Ben help but he didn't want to share the credit, so I don't feel too bad for him.
Author's Response: I'll admit his heart was in the right place, and maybe if Ben had helped it might not have been such a disaster. But they also would probably have ended up with some incredibly Inedible dishes for the vegetarian nature. Leaving Brian once again to save the day... Later Darling ~ Kathleen

Hysterical!!! I can definitely see this happening just as you've written it.
Author's Response: Thanks. Somehow it just seems like they way Michael would act making foolish mistakes, and under-anticipating how much work it really is... Later Hon ~ Kathleen
