Amazing how you put Gus and Bryson together. Gus is the knight in shining armor for Bryson when he needed it most. this makes anyone irressítivel and unforgettable. The correlation of sensations that causes Gus Bryson as Brian makes regarding Justin is wonderful.
I'm curious to know the origin of Bryson. I assume he has seventeen he was born almost Following the arrival of Justin m NY. And the name Bryson does form a reference to the name of Brian. Actually, Justin was pregnant when she left Brian with Ethan? Well, if I'm right, as Ethan fit into all this?

Ahh I'm so glad you liked how they met! :D Yes, most definitely... he will never be able to forget the face of the man that saved him! Yeah, Bryson and Justin are a lot alike... so I definitely don't see it as too far of a stretch for Bryson to see Gus the same way Justin viewed Brian many years ago!
Yep, he was born a little while after first moving to NYC. Good catch. (; Brian definitely ties into the birth of Bryson in some way! Ethan was with Justin during the beginning stages of New York including when Bryson came to the world so he is a big part of multiple flashbacks that will happen throughout this fic. I promise all will be revealed in time. :P
I'm so glad you are continuing to read! I have a little time to write here in there but with the stess of moving for the first time and other things going on life has been ridiculously and extremely hectic these past few months! I've started school and will start getting busy with that as well.. but I will NEVER abandon this story and I promise I will keep writing every chance I get. I just finished up my fic for the Summer Challenge so that will allow me time to start continuing onto the next chapter of this story whenever school allows me the time to! I know it has been forever since an update but I will NEVER abandon it.. EVER I've seen that happen to fics... and just could never let it happen to my own!

How escreviantes, I'm loving the story. That sad chapter! I'm very sorry for death of the girls because I love Mel and any child is tragic to lose your mother.
On the other hand, Brian became the great father that he always had the potential to be. His relationship with Gus is very beautiful, sincere and open.
It is interesting to see Gus inherit the throne which once belonged to Brian, but I think Brandon is a bit old to become the best friend of a brat, especially if this is the son of Brian Kinney. But I know you must have a good way in this part of the plot.
I'm eager to see the arrival of Gus to NY and the consequent meeting with Bryson.
It was an intense chapter and when Brian found the drawing Justin served to see that the feelings do not cease to exist. Thanks for that!

I am so happy to hear you are loving the story so far! :D Yes, it is a very sad chapter... the death of the girls is very sad, but unfortunately a must for my storyline! I definitely believe that the most tragic thing possible in life would be for either a mother to lose her child or for a child to lose their parent... I cannot think of anything more heartbreaking a person could go through than the loss of a child.
Exactly! This is definitely a wake up call to Brian... there has always been that part of him that is extremely loving and fatherly deep down inside... and this situation has definitely brought it out in him. I looveee what could have been a great relationship between Gus and Brian if they continued on with the show!
Yes, Gus was definitely known as his father's son at Babylon. This will be explained within the next few chapters - there is a definitely a story behind Brandon!
It is defffiinnitteellyyy a meeting neither one of them will forget! You never really forget meeting a hero. :P
Ohhh no the feelings are most definitely still there and very strong on both sides... they've just been buried underneath the surface all these years.. trying to be forgotten... but they will never forget and things will begin to force those buried feelings up to the surface throughout the upcoming chapters!

I'm starting to read your story and loved that first capítulo.Não have almost no time, but have not regretted in no time you have started reading your fic. Now you got me!
I love stories where Justin is the father and we can see their relationship with the child. Justin certainly would be a great father and you demonstrate this in a very sweet and sensitive story.
Bryson think a great character. I'm anxious to see what you do with it.
Your writing is excellent and taking into account that I use the translator to read the fics, I can say that it is a very easy read even with the limitations of a literal translation.
Kim is a great Beta and we are privileged to have her helping us.
I'm going forward to reading the second chapter. I want to see Brian and Gus into the equation of the story.

Anyway, question for you... How did Justin become Bryson's father? Did he have a surrogate, or is this a way-out AU, by Justin being pregnant (with Brian's child?)

Thought Brian didn't think of Justin at all, glad that wasn't the case. Also in the last chapter I thought Aiden the waiter may have been Gus but the eye color was different.
Anyway, great chapter. Didn't understand Brandon for a minute. Thought he was the one from Brian's bet, but that can't be. He was in his mid twenties when Gus was one or two. Twenty years later he'd be way way too old to be Gus'best friend.

Author's Response: I finally got it up! I have had it ready for about a week now but the amazing Kim really helped me a lot to transform my writing to new levels in this chapter. I was completely shocked with how long it ended up being! I never in my wildest dreams ever imagined a chapter even making it past 10,000 words... Awhile ago when Kim and I first started talking I told her I'd never reach her extreme level of words in a chapter. I was wrong, though, haha. However, I'm kind of worried about the lengths of chapters, I feel like a high expectation has been set now. There are definitely some upcoming events coming up with Gus' arrival to NYC! The first two chapters have been basically like an introduction of sorts, explaining the main life altering moment that changed Brian and Justin's lives forever. Now I can dive into the main story developments and plot. (: Thanks so much for reading and commenting! I forgot to mention before how much it means to receive your feedback! I read Simply Sexual awhile back and it was absolutely incredible, I love your writing! I plan on reading all of your stories, they all look very good! I'm going to get to work on chapter 3 soon! (:

Author's Response: Thank you! I'm going to try my best to make this story as unique as possible. I'm glad you like their relationship, they have a really strong bond. Justin has taken being a father very seriously and is trying to be the father he wished that he would have had as a teenager. I'm excited to tell Brians part of the story in the next chapter. Although he's still the same Brian we all love he has changed some over the years. Well, yes, I PLAN to update often but I don't know if that will actually happen, I'm going to try my best to keep this story going! I've never attempted anything like this before though so I can't say for sure how quickly I'll write chapters. I know how hard it is for me to wait for an author to update if I'm really interested in the story, so I'm really going try! Well, I originally thought around 20 chapters, but I didn't expect one chapter to be this long so it could really end up being anywhere from 15 to 30 chapters, I'll know more as I go along. I've read quite a few stories with them being brought back together but I've never seen what I have planned in the QaF fandom, so I'm excited about that!
