I read this little story over on AO3 - our 2 boys are hot, as always:-)

Lol.  I haven't read PSA Justin in a very long time.  He was adorkable.

I liked it! :) The way Justin explained all he learned about kissing was really interesting and different (along with what he said, of course).... Short but cute and smexy.... haha! :) I'll be reading you soon! Kisses!

Author's Response:

Hi, Mafita!  I'm glad you enjoyed this one.;)  You know Justin and his 'public service announcements' - ha!  Thank you for reading and for taking the time to leave me your thoughts, my friend.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

-kissing was, indeed, an art.  And what better way to prove it than at the hands - or in this case, mouth - of the artist himself?- LOL what an adorable ending to an adorable little story. Thank oyu once again for sharing your words. :]

Author's Response:

Hi, Tina!  Thank you for reading and for your wonderful comments.  I thought I could put Justin's tendency to be a "Mr. PSA" to good use.;)  I'm glad that you enjoyed Justin's version of 'research.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Reviewer: KYM (Anonymous) · Date: November 24, 2012 10:54 AM · On: PSA No. 2,145

Hey Kim, Kym here.  I thought I would let you know I have been investigating your other stories.  I have read a few one-shots.  Very good.  You are truly gifted.  This one is sweet.  I am waiting for my boys on the farm-which in due time will be up.  I really don't know how you write with your teaching and other things I'm sure you have to do.  I know I would be unable to keep up that pace.  My job is all emcompassing-so busy.  I thought when I got my promotion things would get a little easier, what an idiot I was to think that.   catch you later.

Author's Response:

Hi, Kym; thank you for those lovely comments, my dear; I appreciate that more than you know!  I'm glad you're checking out some of my other stories while I'm working on the WIPs.  And you're right - it CAN get pretty crazy trying to teach fulltime and work on my stories.  And to top it off, I decided to participate in the QAF fan fiction gift exchange over on LJ, which means I'm committed to writing at least one new story by the end of December for another recipient - aack!  I probably WILL be committed by then - LOL!  It will be posted first on the LJ site, but after a week I can post it elsewhere, so it will definitely show up on here around the first week of January or so.  I do hope you like it.

And I'm enjoying writing "Tame the Wild Stallion."  It's my first foray into a teenage Brian, and I'm having a lot of fun with Brian trying to stay in character while still clearly out of his element.:)  The next chapter and upcoming chapters should be very interesting with the town social and Justin finally telling Brian more about what happened to Dale when he died.  Plus, of course, there's the matter of the other two stories.  I should have "My Heart's Desire" updated in the next day or so, and then it's onto the all-important talk in "Parent Trap."  I do see that one wrapping up in the near future, though, so that will help (until I get the new story bug again!).

Thank you again for all the support, Kym!  And I hope those people at work who were jealous of your promotion have settled down by now!  Take care.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

I´m happy to read another great sweet story! I think that in their version the kissing is truly art.

Author's Response:

Hi,Sisa!  I have to agree with you there.:)  Thanks so much for reading and for the comments, my friend; I really appreciate that.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

P.S.  Saw your review for "Keep On Fighting," too.  I'm mainly Michal's proofreader/beta, but she wanted me included as co-author, so I agreed.  But you can blame her for the cliffhanger this time on THAT one - ha!  She IS definitely planning on a sequel, though, so I hope you'll stay tuned.:)

Such good writing Kim!

Author's Response:

Thank you so much!  I can't think of a higher compliment than that.:)  Thank you for reading and for leaving feedback, my friend; I greatly appreciate that.  *Hugs* ~Kim

Have to leave a little word here also, though I originally read it on LJ. Great little story - very romantic and sweet. I've said it before and I'll say it again - I love, love, LOVE little slice-of-life stories. Can't get enough of them and yours, Kim, always make me smile and want to hug something.

Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy your time off.

Hugs & Cheers,

Vin

Author's Response:

Hi, Vin - You're so thoughtful to leave a comment over here as well.:) I'm on my computer in between making casseroles - ha!  We eat Thankgiving lunch, I guess you'd say, rather than dinner, so we'll be eating soon - and eating - and eating - LOL!  At least that will allow me more time for shopping and writing later.:)  I really should try to do more one-shots, I suppose; I do love to write them.  It's weird where you get your inspiration from; this one actually came from an online Yahoo article about the benefits of kissing, and I couldn't resist!  Thanks again, dear friend, and I hope you have a wonderful holiday!  *Hugs* ~Kim

What a cute little one-shot! Leave it to Sunshine to educate Brian on kissing, which between the two of them is an artform.

I have always been a city girl, and I can't stand it when I'm out on a highway or interstate and the outdoor smells waft into the air vents of the car. I certainly could not live by a farm or ranch. Even in the city, our windows are always closed to block out the sewage stench!

Happy Thanksgiving, my friend! :D

Author's Response:

Hi, Nancy!  Glad you liked this one, my friend.  Happy Thanksgiving to you, too! We should have around twenty here by this afternoon - ack!  But I'm off until Monday, so I'm hoping I can get in a little extra writing time in between the shopping.  And yes, they definitely have it down to an art form; I would even pay admission for this - ha! Thanks again, my friend, for the support.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Very enjoyable!  Great imagery and wonderful sensuality.  A great Thanksgiving treat.  It got me revved up for the day.

Coincidently, I'm also working on a one-shot myself about a kiss, but it is very different.  It's got drama, trauma, blah, blah, blah - you know, the typical AU about the boys.  Maybe someday I'll be able to finish it.  LOL.

All the best and Happy Thanksgiving!

Laura

Author's Response:

Hi, Laura  - how wonderful to hear from you.:)  Thank you for reading and for the comments; I'm so glad that you liked it.  I hope you have a great Thanksgiving, too, and if you ever DO finish your story and publish it, I'll be hear to eagerly read it.:)  Thank you again, Laura; this means a lot to me.  Oh, and congrats again on your featured story and the best fan fiction classic award for the month.  Very well-deserved.:) *Hugs*  ~Kim

Whoops!!  My bad.  It seems I made a boo-boo.  I guess I was a year off.  The third year is coming up.  Ah, the mind and memory!!! Thanks for the correction.  Just seems longer.  Ha!  lol

Author's Response:

Hi, my friend - that's okay; sometimes I'm not even sure what DAY it is - ha!  Tell everyone I wish them a Happy (and uneventual!) Thanksgiving!  Love you all.:)  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Nice story-we all loved it.  We all hope you have a wonderful thankful Thanksgiving.  We are all thankful for you and your stories.  I think we have been reading you for three wonderful years now.  We are working Thanksgiving (ON CALL).  for a few hours. Nonie will be coming back after Christmas, so we are thankful for that.  We have had a year of struggles but have come out whole and intact on the other side.  Hopefully next year will hold less pain and sorrow for us.  I guess all these struggles make us stronger.  lol

Author's Response:

Hello, my dear friends.  I fervently wish all of you the very best in the coming year, and one that is filled with security, happiness, success, love and friendship.  You are all so deserving of that.  I'm glad to hear that Nonie is doing so well and will be back after Christmas.  Actually, I have been on here for two years now; I had to go back and see when I joined, which was in December of 2010.  It's been a wonderful experience, and I have met some fantastic people on here, with you, Lee, Brian, Nonie, and all the others you have brought my way at the top of the list.  Your loyalty and ungoing support have been so encouraging to me, and I will always be thankful for that.  I do hope that I can continue to write stories that you enjoy and are entertaining.  I still love these guys and have lots of ideas swirling around in my head!

BTW - tell Lee I'm still hard at work on his favorite story; but I'm getting very close to posting it.  Just have a few more hundred words to go.  I hope it's a rather slow time at the hospital during the holiday so you can enjoy it.  Thank you again for everything you've done for me.  *Hugs*  and love coming your way - Kim

was beginning to miss your stories :-) nice intermission

Author's Response:

Aww...thank you, my friend; I'm glad you liked it.  I really do need to try and write some shorter ones, don't I?  LOL!  I'll keep that in mind.  I should be posting the next part of "MHD" very soon if you're still following on that one.  Talk about the exact opposite in length to THIS one - ha!  Thanks again for the comments; I really appreciate that. *Hugs*  ~Kim

Oh, Wow, fanning myself like crazy here, and not from the pie baking marathon either, HA. Loved it! ~*~ Hugs, Janet

Author's Response:

Thank you, Janet; sure you've not getting some of that heat from the pumpkin pies?  LOL!  I actually saw an article about this on Yahoo the other day, and I thought, how perfect for the boys and for our own little PA provider?  Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read and review.  I DID have a banner, but it keeps disappearing on me - ack!  Happy Thanksgiving!  *Hugs*  ~Kim

What a wonderful yummy taste of romance just before Turkey day. I have been remiss in reading and reviewing lately but I hope to catch up soon. I hope your Thanksgiving will be filled with lots of good food.
Lori

Author's Response:

Hi, Lori - I hope this doesn't show up twice; for some reason my first comment disappeared, just like my banner did - aaaagh!  Thanks so much for reading and for the comments, my friend; Im very glad that you enjoyed this one.:)  I do like to post shorter stories from time to time (really; honest - ha!), but I normally get so caught up in my epic-length adventures that I don't get around to it.  I'll try to do that more often as I get time.

I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, too, my friend!  And thanks for all the support.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

Sleep is so overrated

:)

Author's Response:

Ha! Don't tell me you STILL haven't slept yet!  Back away from the toy, Bob, and just put it down.  I promise it will still be there in the morning - LOL!:)

For the record, the toy is a computer, not a dildo. ~bob

I was just lamenting the lack of new QaF fics and was about to resign myself to reading angst filled House fics when I saw this. So I thank you for saving me from far too much angst. :)

Author's Response:

Thank YOU for reading and for commenting, Nikki; I'm so happy you enjoyed this one.  I thought it WAS a little quiet on here, too.:)  Must be the holidays.  Thanks again for the feedback; I really do need to write some shorter one-fics in between my other epic adventures  - ha!  *Hugs*  ~Kim

BTW- sorry about the typo in the last paragraph - had grateful instead of gratitude.  AARGH!  I changed it:)

Thank you for reading and for the comments, Cheryll; I don't know what came over me - I actually managed to write a story that was less than 1,500 words - LOL!  Thank you again for the feedback; I really appreciate that.  *Hugs*  ~Kim

"My Heart's Desire" and should have it up very soon.:) lol just like Brian!!

Lovely little snippet of life from the boys thanks. Writers just amaze me how you can just put a story together so quickly and brilliantly while writing another one :)hugs Chris

Author's Response:

Hi, Chris - LOL!  I actually thought of that connection, too, when I wrote that but just let it slide without comment; I should have known you would catch it, though.;)  Thanks for reading and for the comments; I really appreciate all your support.  And I imagine by now that Brian had definitely 'gotten it up' with his little PSA's help - ha!  *Hugs*  ~Kim
