Romantic ghosts? How fun! TAG

Author's Response:

You know Brian and Justin.  Even in the afterlife, they are there for family and friends... being protective for Brian and being a matchmaker for Justin.  LOL!  I'm glad you enjoyed my Halloween story, TAG.  Huge hugs, Grammy

Needed some Halloween fun and this was great. Loved how you worked in Brian and Justin at the end. This almost reminded me of how Justin and Brian met. Great work.

Author's Response:

I tried to write a Halloween story each year since I started, and I can honestly say that this was my favorite one.  So I am especially glad that you enjoyed it so much.  Thank you very much for letting me know, Jane.  Huge hugs, Grammy

Oh mu god,I loved this!! Great job ~ Vonnie xx

Author's Response:

Thank you so much, Vonnie.  I am particularly proud of this one because I only had a very short time left to come up with a Halloween story, then this idea suddenly popped into my head.  Don't we just love our muses when they cooperate with us?  LOL!  I'm so glad you liked this.  The new Halloween story for this year is complete and just waiting for Hallow's Eve.  See you then.  Huge hugs, Grammy

I know I commented on this before, but I cannot help it I love it soo.....

It would be very interesting if you did more of ghostly Brian/Justin. ;)

Author's Response:

This was one of my favorite stories to write so naturally I am thrilled that you enjoyed the story so much, Nim.  Thank you very much for commenting on it again.  I feel twice blessed.   As for continuing this story...you never know.  I have been known to write a sequel or two in the past.   Big hugs back to you, Grammy

I felt so damn melonachy when reading this. Only thing I didn't like was the Marcus-Peterson bit, but only because it never rolled off the tongue for me. Taylor-Kinney would have been lovely. ;) I loved it though.

Author's Response:

I can understand your feelings about the family name, Nim.  Of course I felt compelled to use the name that Gus was born with, but you can tell that the future generations appreciated their beloved Brian and Justin just as much.  Thank you so much for your thoughtful comments.  Huge hugs, Grammy

Thanks for the Halloween story.  I always like them.

There is no doubt in my mind that it was Justin who dropped the

paper weight on Robert.  How dare anyone lay an unwanted

hand on Brian or any of his descendants.  Of course we will

never know – but I know (well sort of).

The end was great, a wonderfully clever idea, and of course I

loved the cameo appearance of Brian and Justin.

Thanks again, you made this Halloween just a little more special.

DavidR

PS:  Great Banner.

Author's Response:

There was definitely some force of nature that did not appreciate some drunken fool trying to hurt a Kinney descendent, especially one who appreciated his family's past as much as Peter did.

I'm glad you liked the ending.  I just can't seem to let our boys go, even if they have long passed from this mortal life.  And of course, they still must be working together as a team.

Thank you so much for the comment on the banner.  My dear 18 year old Granddaughter produced it.  I'm very proud of her work.  Thank you for all your great comments, DavidR.  Warm hugs, Grammy

I find it hard to say I like a story where Brian and Justin are long dead and cold in their graves, but knowing your tricky ways with words you can still pull a top notch QAF story out of that.

I am always a fan of seasonal special features.  I can just imagine you working on the part where you had to decide on what costume would win the contest, all the possible options running thru your mind, the traditional Halloween costumes would have zipped by at high speed, then the more interesting ones got a more close look, Mr. Penis was put on pause for a looong time and the contest was over!  I just hope he didn't trip on his balls going down the stairs!

So is it safe to assume the spirit of Justin was responsible for wacking Richard (who I'm sure must be the spawn of Ethan's family tree) if it had been Brian it wouldn't have been just a small cut, a rainbow size hole in that jerk's head would have been the real cure.  But I guess it was easier to send the garbage away by taxi than digging a big hole in the back yard.

How ever did you come up with the name for Peter's mother?  Is does sound good with Marcus-Peterson.

Thanks for a wonderful Halloween Treat.  Better than a bucket of candy.

You always help us remember that Brian and Justin will live forever.

Lori- off to make Lamb- no not to eat!!!  Lambs with yarn~~

Author's Response:

Ah,my dearest Lori, I am quite sure that I get as much pleasure from reading your comments as you do from reading my stories.  You always make me smile or laugh out loud with your wonderful thoughts.

I suspected you wouldn't like our boys being dead already, but they can only live forever in our hearts...I'd hate to see their condition if they lived to be 200.  LOL!  Of course they'd still be beautiful to each other.  And, of course,  they'll still be together in the next life in my stories.

You know me too well, Lori.  When trying to decide which costume should win the contest, I had a lot of fun researching crazy costumes.  The minute I spotted the penis, I knew it was a winner...especially at Babylon.  LOL!

Hmmmm, I guess we'll never know how that glass rainbow managed to stop Richard in his tracks.  I have my suspicions though.  Couldn't kill the creep though.  Don't want Peter to end up in jail on his opening night of Babylon.

Every character I create has a name with a meaning behind it.  Gus married Cinda Marika.  That is the name my Daughter gave her favorite Cabbage Patch Doll.  Marika is a combination of my Mother's middle name, Marie and mine, Kay.  As you know she even ended up naming my first Granddaughter, Marika, which I chose for Peter's mom.  Btw, Peter is in tribute to Peter Paige, our darling Emmett.  Believe it or not, Richard Stanwyck is named after a favorite bad-boy character from a German soap I watch and Barbara Stanwyck.  She was one of my all-time favorites cause she looked so sweet, innocent, and helpless but was anything but any of those 3 things.

Whew!  You scared me for a minute.  I thought living in that foreign land had turned you into a lamb eater.  Should have known better.  I'll bet your little yarn lambies are adorable.  Well, as always you have made my day.  Thanks for the great comments.  Warmest hugs and affection, Grammy

Even being dead, these two will be together forever.  Nice to know that Brian and Justin are looking out for their family.  Nicely done.  I loved it.

Author's Response:

When we say that Brian and Justin's love for each other is eternal, we mean it.  LOL!  And being the kind of men they are, their souls are certainly going to hang around to protect the ones they love. I'm very glad you enjoyed the story, Balrogtweety.  Thank you so much for your lovely comments.  Warm hugs, Grammy

A Great Read! But I kinda of wish there was more of “The Ghosts” opinions on the re-bulid . . . with Tracy and the workers. I can hear one loudly voicing his opinion and crossing wires cause the lighting isn’t correct.

Cheers With Lots Of QAF Love,

Nite Storm

Author's Response:

What delightful comments!  Thank you so much Nite Storm.  I would have expanded the story a bit but I was determined to get it posted in time for Halloween and I was running late.  I'm glad you had fun with the grand opening of Babylon anyway.  Cheers to you too and plenty of QAF love.  Warmest hugs, Grammy
