Author's Response: LOL. I'm trying to keep him as close to character as the television show, except for the last season. That whole triangle of Sookie-Bill-Eric was so distasteful and Eric just went too wimpy, but I digress. I hope she gives him hell, too.

I did have a couple of thoughts, but I kept them to myself. They just didn't seem like appropriate things to say in the moment…I'm getting "blue balls"…or is it "blue ovaries" for girls?...I would make a lousy slut…I can't even get laid by a vampire… This cracked me up...I haven't laughed so hard in days really need it...Actually the whole last bit made me smile.
Have I said that I'm loving this story..

Author's Response: You got to chapter 6! I'm glad you hung in there and got past the preamble of the story. It was the first fanfic that I ever wrote. It's almost finished. I've learned alot since then and now in retrospect, I would have done the beginning differently. This story is over on fanfiction.net and was well received, but on this site, it's treated like a unwanted step-child. I'm so grateful that you gave it a try.

I got turned onto Eric because he's such a bad boy. He's similar to Brian, but truly dangerous - kind of exciting, huh! Sorry, pervy moment there. It was my first fanfic ever and my QAF "Light... " fic is my second. It may still "read" a little rough in the beginning - especially at the beginning, but my writing improved with each chapter. I've also tweaked it some since I originally wrote it, but it's pretty much in its original form.

It's wonderful to see another new canon on Whispers. Don't let the lack of readers disturb you though. Eventually people will discover that Whispers has more than QAF stories in time. Other True Blood stories will follow your example.
At first I didn't have many readers for my new "Merlin" story but that changed as they saw more chapters being posted and they saw it's here to stay.
