That couldn’t be true! Brian’s whole body trembled and he could only drag narrowly himself away from the eyes of the young man. Only then he noticed the blond, a bit tousled hair and respired. At the same time he felt something like animosity, only because the boy had the same beautiful blue eyes that had lured him on to destruction once. Justin’s heart too was beating wildly. His throat was so dry that he could only caw his name. He was a bit embarrassed about it though. But he had expected an older, slightly overweight man. (Didn’t look all the bosses like that?) But he wasn’t bargained for this “god“. He didn’t find another word to describe this man, this vision in front of him And then that look! For a moment he felt like drowning in those intense brown-green eyes that seemed to flash up when they saw him. But whatever Justin had seen flared up in those eyes, it was vanished so quickly again that he wasn’t sure if it had been his wishful thinking only. “Well, then put your folder at the table. I hope you have brought one! “Brian snarled, a bit harsher than he actually wanted to. But Justin didn’t even notice the unkind chant because he despaired fought against the butterflies in his stomach. He had to concentrate on this interview if he wanted the job. And he needed a well paid job if his fridge shouldn’t remain empty in the next month. Brian was surprised and impressed with the drawings that Justin had pressed into his hand. The boy was good, really good. He was exactly that what he had been looking for. Brian almost regretted that he couldn’t hire him though. But he couldn’t endure to look into those eyes that reminded him too much of the eyes he once had loved very much. The colors of the pictures were well chosen and the lines were drawn with a secure hand. Brian had the feeling he would look at photos and not drawings. He fiercely shut the folder before he would regret even more that he couldn’t hire the boy. “That looks good, but I can’t make any decisions yet. I’ll call you as soon as possible,” he promised. “But don‘t you want to ask any questions…“ Justin was a bit confused. This interview was a bit too short and not very informative. Hopefully it was a bad sign and he could get the job. “I‘m sorry, but I still have an appointment, “ Brian mumbled. He couldn‘t get rid of the boy fast enough now. He wanted to shake hands with him when it was time to say goodbye, but decided against it in the last moment. Better no touches. He was already confused enough. His state even got worse when Justin went out and Brian‘s look felt on his bubble butt. Suddenly his pants became very tight. Angry with himself Brian decided to call it a day early today. So he would still have enough time to check out the new club that had opened in his street. And tomorrow morning he would call this Taylor and tell him that somebody else got the job. When Brian entered his apartment near the Central Park he had the feeling the emptiness there would hit him. In former times being alone hadn’t bothered him; sometimes he even had liked it very much. But since he had let Alex into his life, he had changed. He had realized how nice it could be if there was somebody waiting for him. Somebody he could fight with from time to time, but could propitiate again. Not to mention that he loved the great make up sex. Brian shook his head. He didn’t want to think of it anymore. In the last couple of days he successfully had pushed away the memories that tormented him. But those blue eyes that had surprised him in the office today, had completely churned him up. He went over to the mini-bar and knocked back some whiskeys to calm down again. He looked out the window and watched the hectic ado of the big city. But he realized that it only intensified the feeling of loneliness. Unnerved he let down the blinds and went to the bathroom to make himself presentable. Tonight he would need a lot of men to be able to forget…
