Post 5-13. Justin decides what to do with his life after his art show. He's miserable in New York without Brian...I know it's been done before, but I have a million ideas, and need to get some of them out!

While packing stuff up in the loft with Michael to move to Britin, Brian discovers something that hits him emotionally.

This time last year I stumbled onto Midnight Whispers and this site became my new addiction. At first I just lurked, then I found the courage to review, and back in July I posted a story of my own. So what better way to celebrate the end of 2016 than submitting a new fic?  Happy 2017!

According to public opinion, Brian and Justin became acquainted beneath a lamp post in front of Babylon. But the truth is, and as quiet as it's kept, they were in and out of each other's lives on numerous occasions long before that fateful night. Enjoy!

Due to this being a ghost story, some of our beloved characters may not be alive in the physical plane. But all beloved characters will be very much a part of this story and active, even if they are a ghost.

Brian and Justin’s journey of love…

Justin moves to New York. He runs into an old acquaintance of Brian's, who is going to play a big role in their relationship, testing its strength. It's one of the most emotional stories I've written so far.

This spin-off from New York State of Mind is about discovering and understanding Evan Steele. Is he really the Devil? Is there more to him than his cunning nature? What are his feelings about the trip to Miami?  If you didn't read New York State of Mind, this might not make sense.

After Chris Hobbs attacked him, Justin locked himself away in Brian's loft. He's so afraid that someone will finish what Hobbs began that he's unwilling to let anyone in to see him and constantly paranoid that death is waiting for him around every corner. While Brian is desperate to make him better, he encourages Justin to pick up a hobby. Little do they know is that Justin's new hobby could mean life or death for both of them.  (Based on the movie 'Rear Window' by Alfred Hitchcock).

Thinking that Brian might need cheering up after Justin's departure to NYC, Debbie dropped by the loft. They end up revisiting the good and bad times from the past.

Justin’s mom died on his eleventh birthday. His dad, Craig married Debbie and he moved to Debbie’s house in New York. He and his stepbrother Michael didn’t go along. One day he met a young singer Brian Kinney and fell in love with the handsome brunet, only to get hurt over and over.

Brian always did his best to pretend Justin was just a trick, but they both know better. Justin knows Brian loves him and just wants the man to admit that they were a couple. Will that ever happen? And what will happen if it does?

This is Brian's journey roughly two years after the end of the series. He and Justin have been living in New York City where he has just opened a new branch for Kinnetik. Justin should have caught on sooner. Like when Brian had forgotten his storyboards at home or blanked out when it came to the name of an object. But he didn't. Even though he should know better, he wonders if catching on more quickly would have made much of a difference in his partner's fate.

I had many requests to continue telling Brian and Justin's story from The Stripper universe.  This takes place a few years after The Stripper and is a sequel.If you haven't read The Stripper, I've included a summary of the story in the story notes.
